"Here let me help you Patrick," as SpongeBob grabbed more tissues to stuff their bras. It was their first time. They were getting plastic surgery. Patrick always wanted a nose so SpongeBob decided to donate half of his nose.
During the surgery spongebob was high on laughing gas and ripped of his nose, cutting a spot to glue it on Patrick's face, they both literally died of stupidity.
