Monday already ?
After getting ready for school, I head to the doorstep and waved to my parents, and head off to school.

" Heyy Mika ! Chotto matte ! " Sasha said.
" Oh.. H-hi. " I slowed down my pace.
" How are you ? You haven't been texting me in a while. "
" I'm fine, really. "

We both continued talking while walking to school together.

I don't wanna think much about the past, I mean I have forgotten about it.

So, why worry ?

Walking to the hall along with others. They seemed happy looking at my current state.

" Hey, look Mikasa.. Have I ever did anything wrong towards you ? " Jean asked.

I buried half of my face under the red scarf that I'm wearing on my pale cold neck.

I began to walk away from Jean and leave his question hanging without me answering properly.

I felt guilty, I'm sorry Jean. I just couldn't do it. The relationship didn't work out really well just like I expected.

Out of the blue, it felt like the atmosphere changed. It turns out to be from the uncomfortable atmosphere to the most soothing one.

Looking up, it turns out to be him that passed by. I stopped and stared on how the way he walk.

His grey steel eyes, his raven black hair, his body, his pale skin, his voice, his deodorant.

He turned his head around and he looked at me with his grey steel eyes. I began to walk away quickly and ignored on what happened.

" Hey Mikasa ! Are you listening ? " Armin yelled at me.
" H-huh? Gomenasai, can you repeat that for me ? "
" Did you manage to finish the Science Project ? The half of it ? "
" Y-yeah, I left it at home. It's due tomorrow right ? "
" Yeah. Hey, you spaced out just now, were you okay ? You look sort of tired today. "

I quickly stood up. I grabbed my bag and left Armin without saying any words.

I walked home alone, I didn't want anyone to bother me.

I quickly change my outfit and started doing my homework.

My phone vibrated that says I had a notification.

Weird.. Probably it's Eren worrying about me.

[ LEVI ] : Hello, how's life with Jean ?

I gasped.

Is this really him ? Why did he texted me ? No, he might mistaken it.. Well, just keep it cool Mika.

My heartbeat is going into a faster pace. Shivering cold fingers contact with the touch screen.

[ ME ] : It's fine.. We broke up a long time ago incase if you didn't know. You ?
[ LEVI ] : Fine. I see, does it hurts ?
I laughed at his question. Why is he even asking me this ?
[ ME ] : Hurts ? No it doesn't :)
[ LEVI ] : K

And just like that, he left the conversation. Wow, asking about Jean suddenly. I hate Levi ! I hate him ! I hate him !

I continued to do my homework so that I could finish off some manga that I'm currently reading.

After finishing the manga I'm reading, my phone vibrated suddenly.

I'm guessing it's Jean ? Or Eren ? It couldn't be Levi , I'm sure of this.

[ LEVI ] : Did you still keep the necklace that I gave you ?

Oh gosh, why so sudden ? My cheeks are starting to form a pink shade that shows that I flustered.

It was the necklace he gave to me before the day we broke up. I mean I did threw it away at first. But I took it back because.. I know I can't throw any gifts that people gave to me.

In exchange, I gave him a notebook. For him to write things, especially about us.

[ ME ] : Why are you asking me this and why does it matters to you ?
[ LEVI ] : Answer me , whether you keep it or throw it away.
[ ME ] : F-fine. I still keep it.
[ LEVI ] : Oh, I see.
[ ME ] : Can I ask you a question ?
[ LEVI ] : Sure.
[ ME ] : Why did you suddenly texted me ?
[ LEVI ] : Asking how a friend is doing. Is it illegal ?
[ ME ] : I MEAN YOU WERE GONE FROM MY LIFE ! WHY DID YOU LEAVE AND COME BACK TO MY LIFE ? Why is that ?
[ LEVI ] : Tch, you said only 'a question'.
[ ME ] : F-fine.
And just like that he left the conversation. Without any goodbyes.

I wouldn't care anyways. He's an idiot. A jerk, an asshole. Why does he even matters to me anyways ?
