chapter 4: gym class and suspicion

Skye pov

We went to gym together hand in hand. We got there early because everyone was filming taurtis and his brand new just-got-together-that-day girlfriend: salexbrown.
They were kissing and posing for social media. Gym teacher rowan wasn't in the gym yet either. It was just me and grian. "Wonder what we're going to do in gym today. Maybe there might be auditions for a sports team and we can go and win trophies" I said."Well I've already got my trophy he said, lifting me up off the ground,"and she's the most shining trophy ever!". He held me in his arms and looked into my eyes. We kissed. The scene was like one from a hairstyle. Suddenly Sam stepped into the room and grian put me down quickly. "Oh,I guess I should leave you two for some alone time" he said teasingly. "We're not together like that Sam,she hurt her ankle and was struggling to walk,right Skye?" grian said. I said "Yeah,it hurts alot,we was taking me to sit down," I grabbed my ankle as though I had hurt it and scratched it with my fingernails so it looked like I really had hurt myself. "Oh whatever" Sam said and went to get changed. Grian picked me up again and carried me to sit down to make our story convincing. I took a band-aid out of my gym bag and put it on my ankle the finish the act. Then we went to get changed. ·5 minutes later· Everyone lined up for ckass in our gym clothes. "ALRIGHT MAGGOTS,WE'RE GOING TO PLAY DODGEBALL TODAY. TEAM LEADERS ARE GRIAN AND SOOKIE." Rowan told us. Grian chose me first and Sam said"I know your secret grian". "I'm just keeping an eye on her incase her ankle starts to really hurt again" grian convinced him. Sam and taurtis ended up un sookie's team. We played dodgeball and our team won! After that it was home time so we got our stuff and walked to my house. We went up the stairs in the school field and along the cliff top road to make sure no-one saw us. "We really are the perfect couple," Grian told me. "And we should stay together till the end of time" I said. We reached my house and went inside.

Grian pov

I held her delicate hand as we walked to gym. Nobody was there yet;not even the teacher. Skye said she wondered what we were doing in gym today and if a sports team from this school would win a trophy at a competition. I scooped her up in my arms. "I already have my trophy, and she's the most shining trophy ever!" I said and we stared romantically into eachotheres eyes before kissing. Sam suddenly walked in. Luckily it was only Sam because everyone else was busy taking pictures of taurtis and his girlfriend salexbrown. I quickly put her down. Sam suspected we were together and luckily,while we were eating vegetarian sushi, we had come up with a plan incase this happened. We pretended I was just taking her to sit down because she had 'hurt her ankle'. Sam was convinced and,followed by everyone else (including us), went to get changed. "ALRIGHT MAGGOTS," rowan said once we were changed,"WE'RE GOING TO PLAY DODGEBALL TODAY. TEAM LEADERS ARE GRIAN AND SOOKIE." I chose Skye first. Sam began to suspect again so I said "I'm just keeping an eye on her". Our team won. Even by the end i still couldn't get over how sexy Skye looked in her gym clothes. It made me love her even more. We headed back to her house along the clifftop road together so we wouldn't be seen. We reached her house and stepped inside.
