Vic's Pov

He seemed shocked that I knew his name, I realized he was a wallflower and that he didn't talk to anyone much, but surely people knew his name. teachers called roll in class so people must have heard his name before. Plus after he came out in middle school, I doubt anyone had forgotten about him. He was gay. I must like him, or something like that because he definatley made me feel...high. I don't wanna say butterflies because that's not manly enough. Oh stuff it Vic, you're so gay you could puke a rainbow. I suppose I always knew. I had never really been attracted to girls, yet I had dated a few just to impress the guys. I broke up with them within a few days just to make sure I didn't have to kiss them, or worse....Luckily the bitches are smart enough to spread the word around that I'm a player and only used them for sex. I am a virgin. In every way. For hell's sake I'm a Junior who hasn't had his first kiss yet. In reality I'm pathetic. 

"Uh, yeah." He replied.

I snapped out of my thoughts and sat down next to him.

"How are you Kellin Quinn." I asked.

"Confused." He mumbled quietly. I starred at him for a second thinking about how cute he was. 

"and why would that be?"

He looked up contemplating if he should actually tell me. I just starred into his eyes. 

"why are you here, is this a prank?"

I hate stereotypes, and this is one of the many reasons why. 

"No, it's not. I had to get away...lets just say I'm keeping a very big secret, and sometimes I have to get fresh air."

Kellin nodded, and I nodded back.

"well why are you sitting next to me, there's a whole field full of prettier things." Hearing him say that broke my heart. However he was right. If anyone saw me with him they'd know something was up. 

"you're right Kells." I got up and started walking away.

Before I was too far away I took a deep breath said, "but in my opinion you're the most beautiful thing in this courtyard."

And then I walked inside.
