One time when Aphrodite was with her horses, she thought "If only there was an animal as elegant as a horse, that is magical but not Pegasus, that is beautiful, yet fierce. All the other gods and goddesses have their very own special magical creatures - Poseidon has horses, Athena has her owls, and Ares has his dogs. I do love dolphins and swans of course but I wish for an elegant creature with magical abilities" Aphrodite starts thinking about what kind of creature she should create.
