Chapter 2 I'm desprate and lonely

"Everyone get in a circle!!" Adam one of the camp counselors yelled.

Everyone groaned in response but did as we were told. We all knew what was happening they do this every night and it sucks.

Snowball. Where everyone has to slow dance it sucks.

I've only danced with 2 boys over the past 3 nights. One is a boy that I know because he's my neighbor at my lake and we've only danced once. the other was Aden and he only did it because he was being nice. Let's face it I'm ugly and weird so it's simple.

Wait what is this?

Is the tall blonde boy coming over here?

He's probably going to graci.

"Hi do you want to um dance?"

I though I was going to die.

"Um ya," I said extremely awkwardly.

So we danced and I though I was going to die because ya.

So the consolers yelled snowball and we stopped dancing and I went back to being a wall flower tell it was over.

After that sabang we went back to just regular dancing, with the occasional line dances.

But when one song impartially came on I made sure to be near the door. For 2 reasons actually 1 being it was the camp song so it was girls on one side boys on the other. And 2 because Seth was always on that side as well.

Leave me alone I'm desperate and lonely and he's cute and taller than me.

It's hard to find boys taller then me I'm a 5'9 girl. MY LIFE IS A STRUGGLE! And short boys are just no.

Anyways after the dance we had to get in a circle again and everyone groaned again.

But this time I did something right. Yep I Kaden did something right for once.

I was asked by a consoler to dance first off. Ya the consolers will dance with you so you'll actually do something.

Seth got asked to dance by some girl. Not going to lie I was a little jealous.

So the consolers yelled snowball and we had to go find someone else to dance with I sat out one round and went and stood by my friends Sam and graci because I'm unsocial.

But when they got asked to dance I was alone so I some how got the courage to ask Seth to dance.

So I walked over to him, he was kinda by him self, and I asked him to dance. But you want to know what happened right when I asked him. Go one guess.

Let's just said it was awkward.

"Oh um," I said awkwardly because I'm awkward.

"Uh ya next time," he said equally awkward.

"Ya next time," and I walked back to my friends so I could stop ruining my life.

After that we danced to a few more songs then got a snack and went to bed.
