Justin pulled into a little diner on the outskirts of LA, which really surprised me.
"Are you okay with eating here?" Justin looked at me and asked as he pulled in a parking spot.
I smiled at him and nodded my head.
"This used to be my favorite place, I came here a lot when I first moved here, but lately I haven't gotten too many chances to come back." Justin explains as we walk to the door of the diner.
"Hello guys, table for two?" The woman at the counter says and grabs two menus.
"Yes ma'am." Justin smiles at her.
"Right this way darling." The lady says and leads us to a booth in the back corner of the restaurant.
"I'll be right back to get your order and drinks." The woman smiles and walks away.
"So what's good here?" I peek at Justin over the top of my menu.
He lets out a little chuckle which makes me smile.
"Well I usually get the pancakes and sausage, but that's just for breakfast. Everything here is amazing." Justin smiles.
"Pancakes and sausage it is then." I smile and shut my menu.
"Okay what can I get you guys to eat and drink." The woman says as she approaches our table once again.
"I'll have pancakes and sausage with a water." Justin says.
I watch as she writes the order down and turns to me.
"And for you dear?" She asks.
"I'll have the same thing." I smile.
"You got it, I'll be right back with your drinks and food." She smiles and walks away.
"So I have a question." Justin says and places his hands on the table.
I pull my eyebrows together and look at him.
"What's your question?" I ask.
"I couldn't help but feel the awkwardness between you and Matt back at my house, do you know him or something?" Justin asks me.
I look down at my hands and then back to Justin.
"Yeah, he and I used to be best friends growing up, and then we had a fall out. We made up and I started going on tour with him, and then some more stuff went down, and we didn't leave on good terms." I explain and look anywhere but Justin.
"What happened if you don't mind me asking." Justin asks again.
"He had this girlfriend who didn't like me, and would constantly talk really badly about me and Matt was agreeing with her. I also walked in on her and my ex boyfriends kissing which made them both cheat on me and Matt, and when I went to tell Matt about it he started saying I was a liar and said I'd make it easier if I left the tour so I did." I explain and look down again.
"Hey hey, it's okay don't be sad." Justin says trying to cheer me up.
"If he can't appreciate a girl as awesome and beautiful as you, that's his loss." Justin smiles at me.
"Thank you Justin." I smile back at him.
"So another thing." Justin laughs.
I raise one eyebrow at him.
"You're the beautiful girl from the plane that Ryan just could not stop talking about." He says with a smirk.
I let out a laugh and look back at him.
