"Come on, Maya, it'll be fun"
"ugh, I don't want to go" "I know Maya, but you need some fresh air, you haven't been outside for 2 days" "ugh, fine but only if we can go to the skatepark" "that's fine, now get your jacket and please say to your brother to get his ass down here" "okay"

I get up and look in the mirror. My hair is blonde and a bit wavy. My eyes a kind of grayish/blue-ish, just like my mom. I really like them. My dad and my brother have green eyes. I look at my skin, it's so clear, I can't see any pimple. It used to be so different a few years ago. I had pimples everywhere. Even on my back and on my shoulders. The people at my school would make fun them, they'd call me ugly and other names. It hurt but I'm glad it's over now.
I'm wearing my favorite black skinny jeans and a simple purple hoodie. I look at my legs, they're skinny but not too, the skinny jeans make them look even skinnier, that's why I like them.

"Maya! Maya? Are you coming?" "Yes mom" I put my shoes on and walk out of my room. "Geff come down, we're going for a walk" "yes Maya, I'm coming" I walk down the stairs and see my mom waiting for us. I give her a hug and walk out the door to get my skateboard. I love skating. I've done it since I was young.
When I was like a year or 5 my dad took me to a skatepark. I saw all those boys and girls do these really cool tricks and I immediately was in love. I wanted to do that too! For my sixth birthday I got my first skateboard and some classes, it was tough but really fun.
Now I'm 16 and one of the best skaters in our state. I do competition every weekend and on Wednesdays I give classes to the little ones. But now I'm free, I have holiday, so that means no classes to give and no competition.

My mom and my brother walk out the door, my mom locks it and my brother gets his bmx. He just bought it and now he's learning how to ride it and do tricks on it, it's actually really cute to see him struggle and his big smile when he gets a trick right.
We walk together to the skatepark, it's not really far away. When I see the park I instantly start smiling, this is where I belong, this is my place. I look at my brother, he's also smiling. I get on my skateboard and skate the last part.
When I come there I see that nobody else is there, we've got the whole park for just us. I start doing some easy tricks and ride around, after a few minutes my mom and my brother arrive. My mom sits on a bench and my brother and I are doing our thing while mom is watching is us. Everything is so peaceful.

"Mom, can I please have the keys? I really need to use the bathroom. I'll be right back" I hear my brother asking. "I told you to go before we went here" "I know, I'm sorry mom" "it's okay, here, be back soon okay" "yes I promise" my mom gives him the keys and he rides back home.
After 15 minutes he still hasn't returned and I'm starting to get a bit worried. What's taking him so long? I go to my mom and ask if she knows where he is but she doesn't either. After another 10 minutes we decide to go home and see if he's there. I'm really worried now, he would have been back by now, something must have happended.
We walk home just to see that his bike isn't there. Maybe it's in the yard I say, "yeah maybe, can you go look please?" "Yeah, ofcourse" I ride to the back yard but his bike isn't there either. I ride back to the front of our house. My mom's opening the door with the spare key we keep under the doormat. We go into our house and look around. "Geff? Geff?! Are you here?"
Where is he?
