About 5 minutes later Jasmine slowly took her head out of his chest and told him that she was going to go home. She thanked him and he said goodbye as well. She walked off of the porch and went towards the side of the house to get her bike. She hopped on the bike and rode towards her house.

*time skip*

5 minutes later, she arrived at the house. It was around 10 pm so her dad was going to be home soon. She walked into the front door. The front entrance was still as gorgeous as ever, but there weren't so many lights on. That was odd because the house was usually all lit up, even at night. Jasmine walked up to her room, her hand sliding on the railing. She got to her room and opened the door. *CRRREEEAAAKKK* It was the same old noise as always. But something seemed different. She walked in and took off her wig, contacts, and dress. She then slipped into her pajama's. A white tank top with gray booty shorts. They showed her scars but nobody was around to see that. The clothes were Summers hand- me -downs of course. Jasmine walked out of the room and walked down one flight to her stepmother's room. She walked in. It smelled different. Not like the face powder she always smelled or cigarettes. It smelled kind of like cookies.

"Why are there cookies in her room?" Jasmine said quietly. Jasmine walked around the room searching for the smell. It was coming from a vent. She ignored it and got the box down from the top of the closet shelf and pulled out the key to unlock the drawer. She continued to unlock the drawer and put the credit card back. The knife she saw last time was gone. She thought that was odd and put everything back, leaving the room. She smelled the scent of cookies even more. It was coming from the kitchen. It was weird because her stepmother never made cookies for her stepsisters or her father. She slowly crept towards the kitchen. Nobody was in the kitchen. She saw cookies on the counter top. They looked pretty good. Jasmine was going to go for one , but a bottle caught her eye. It was a solid white with a warning symbol on it. It was written in red and looked like the substance wasn't completely filling the bottle from the angle of the light that was glowing on it. Jasmine decided not to get one but wanted to find out what the substance was. As she got closer Jasmine suddenly felt sleepy as a rag covered her nose and mouth, making Jasmine unconscious, as she fell into her stepmother's arms.
