"Agent Carter." A blue eyed brunette dipped her head in greeting.
"Agent Lexington." Peggy looked over the woman standing in front of her. "I've been told you've volunteered yourself for Project SS. You are aware that this new project is completely experimental and we aren't aware of it's effects?"
Agent Lexington nodded. "Yes. I'm aware that it was created in attempts to duplicate and succeed the experiment performed on Captain America." She held her head high.
Peggy nodded. "Good. If you survive the experiment, you'll delve into missions as soon as you're cleared. Is that understood?"
"Yes ma'am." The brunette nodded once more.
"What is your main objective?"
"To take out enemy forces in Russia and assist in any way I am commanded, ma'am."
"Follow me to the procedure room and we'll get this started. May luck be on your side."
1957
Agent Lexington looked up from where she sat in the Russian bar. She had seen the man in black watching her for hours as she drank and laughed with her comrades. She had sent him a drink forty-five minutes ago, batting her eyelashes prettily. She flashed him a smile as he tipped the drink towards her before sipping from it.
It was time to see what this man really wanted with her. She considered herself pretty, yes, but to be watched so eerily by someone trying so hard to be ignored certainly wasn't normal. She excused herself from her friends and walked towards him. She leaned forward, pressing a hand to his left shoulder blade. Her fingertips were met with something cold beneath the fabric of his jacket. "Vy govorite po -angliyski, krasivyy?" She whispered softly, inquiring if he spoke English at all.
The man looked over his shoulder at her, nodding. "I do, printsessa."
"I've noticed you've been staring at me all night. Shall we take this somewhere else, mystery man?" She purred.
He nodded once more. "Let's." He watched her pull away from him and saunter out of the establishment before following after her silently.
