Everyone was now sitting in the middle of the soccer field. The three book characters sat in a row and the three of us sat in a row facing them. "Okay, you need to tell us what's going on." I said sort of irritated that I don't know anything. "Okay do you want us to tell you things or do you want to ask us questions?" Harry asked. "We'll ask questions," I said.
"How did you find out about us?" Michelle asked voicing the question on all three of our minds. "So it's like the way you know about us. You read a book. You have books about us, we have books about you. Good that?" Newt said. "Good that," the three of us said. "Why did you come for us? We're just three girls. What's special about us three?" I asked. "You aren't just three girls you're all fangirls. That's why we came for you because you're different." Simon answered.
"I mean we knew we were fangirls but what exactly classifies us as fangirls by your standards?" I asked. "You all fangirl over at least two books or book series." Harry said. We all nodded because we all do. "If someone fangirls or fanboys over one book they have a half status," Simon says trying to be helpful. The other two nodded.
"Why did no one notice that Alyssa was gone?" Kristina asked. "There's this sort of magic, we don't know what to call it, that protects us from being seen by non-fans and makes everything seem normal." Harry said. "The half status fans will think something is off but they won't know what." Simon said. "So it's like a glamour." I said. "Yes it is like a glamour in some ways," Simon said pleased.
"So is that it? Do you have any more questions?" Newt asked. "I'm good," Michelle said. "So am I," Kristina and I said at the same time. "So what next?" I asked. The boys looked at each other and took a deep breath. Simon did too even though he didn't need to.
