New Girl

Chapter 9

*Quick note, adding more people into the story to spice it up and add some drama*

"Class, say hello to your new classmate, Ariana." The teacher said revealing a short skinny girl wearing a high waisted skirt and crop top with 6 inch heels to top it off.

She smiled and waved to everyone as she took her seat in front of me. I'm just hoping she wasn't a snobby bitch.

"Selena can you share your notes with Ms. Grande?" The teacher said.

"Oh please, call me Ariana." She said rolling her eyes to turn around to me. "So what did I miss?" She asked me looking at my binder.

"Just copy these down and hand them back to me when you're done. They shouldn't take that long." I chuckled trying to make friends.

She scoffed, "Are you serious? No this is too much I'll just photocopy and give it back to you at lunch." She took my notes turning back around to face the front.

I looked over to Kendall sitting beside me who just hid her face in her hand letting out a little laugh. This girl was gonna be something else.

When lunch came by, I was walking to my locker putting my books away and getting my lunch. I was walking to the cafeteria when I heard an all too familiar laugh. It was Justin's, and soon after followed a girl's laugh. I listened closely around the corner to hear it was Ariana.

My body started to heat from anger and jealousy but Justin said he just wanted us to be friends so I couldn't act like I was his girlfriend. I fucking hate boys. Storming off the other way to take the long way to the cafeteria, I sat down throwing my lunch in front of me.

"Justin's flirting with Ariana." I said knowing they'd ask me what was wrong.

"I'm sorry, I'm so lost who's Ariana?" Kylie said looking at me.

"This new girl in our class. She seems like a real catch." Kendall joked.

"Why is it that I can't talk to guys without Justin throwing fists but he can go behind my back flirting with girls? You know I'm starting to think this whole Caitlin thing was bullshit."

"Caitlin who?" Kylie asked. Remembering that Caitlin was Justin and I's secret, I totally forgot and completely just mentioned it now.

"No one, just some girl." I said shrugging it off. I saw Justin walking and just completely wanted to avoid him right now before I explode on him. Oh and what a surprise, little miss Ariana following closely behind him.

"Hey guys." He smiled sitting down beside me, as Ariana sat beside him.

"Hi." Kendall and Kylie both said awkwardly. I just stayed silent eating my food.

"Have you guys met Ariana?" He said introducing her to Kylie and Kendall before looking back at me. "Selena?" He said making me look up at him.

"Yeah she borrowed my notes in class." I let out a fake smile before looking over to Kylie to leave with me before I break down.

"Justin is so sweet! And hot too, I can't believe he's not taken yet." She chuckled making Justin smiled at her.

Throwing myself up, I stormed out of the cafeteria hearing footsteps running behind. Hoping it was Kylie or Kendall, tears just broke from my eyes as I entered into the washroom. I covered my face in my hands crying as I felt two petite arms wrap around me.

"Honestly, just forget about his dumbass. He's not worth your time or tears." Kylie said hugging me tighter. I wrapped my arms around her waist crying into her shoulder. Kendall came in moments later after I had calmed down a bit.
