CASSI & MIMI

CASSI POV

"Cassie are you ready to go " my mom yelled from the kitchen
"yeah I can't wait" I said back with the biggest smile on my face

My mom insisted on dropping me off today instead of my brother because its the last time see her in a while, being that she is leaving to go to spain with her boyfriend. I was happy she was leaving because I won' t have to worry about her. I never really had a relationship with my mom cause she was more focused on her boyfriend, hint the fact that she's moving with him.

"hurry Cassi so you can unpack before class" she yelled walking out the door

I quickly grabbed my bags and ran out the door trying not to trip. I put my bags in the back seat, I walked slowly to the front seat thinking of how much i'm going to miss home.

finally after 40 minutes of driving we make it to the college. It was beautiful and the grass was perfect there were students sitting under trees studying and boys playin sports.

I make it to my dorm and I see this really pretty tall girl laying on the bed on her phone. she had the most perfect bodyshape and she hadn't looked up from her phone yet considering I been in here for 3 minutes. I started to unpack my stuff I opened the nightstand and finally she looked and but then continued on her phone. she didn't speak so I decided to speak to her.

"Hey I'm Cassi" I said not sure that she would reply but once I spoke she had a big bright smile.

"Hi i'm MiMi" she said getting up to give me a hug I was slightly confused but eventually hugged her back.

she sat back in the bed after she released me from her tight hold. I continued to unpack in the silent room. after I finished unpacking I decided to lay down I was kind of tired. I got on my phone and seen I had 10 text from my boyfriend Mikey, asking if I found my dorm room okay. I chose not to reply to him simply because he made me mad that night before. I looked across the room MiMi is still on her phone.

MIMI POV

After 4hours of silence it started to get dark out I looked over to see what cassi was doing. She seemed pretty bored,I was going to talk to her but she said something.

"So what do you like to do other than be on your phone" she said letting a little giggle slip from her mouth

"I like to do a lot of things like read, party sometimes, watch movies,etc. what about you"

" I like doing those things to and other things like laser tagging, and paintball, bowling, shopping and a lot more." she said

" That's weird I never met anyone thats has had the same intrest as me" I said clearly fond of her.

Everything fell quiet again then we heard the rain which was calming after a while the rain got harder and then came the thunder sending down a loud crash. Cassi jumped horrified of the thunder. Myself personaly like the rain it helped me think. Cassi sat scared while the thunder kept getting worst.

" You can sit wit--" I was quickly cut off by her running across over to my bed. I laughed at how fast she made over to me and under my covers. she looked at me with a frightened face which showed she was still scared. i threw the covers over us and turned on my flashlight she moved to the side so she would be in front of me.

" I'm sorry I just don't like the rain" she said apoligising for her running over to me earlier ,there was really no need for it.

" It's okay alot of people are scared of the thunder" I said in an understanding way.

our conversation continued most of the night we didn't notice the thunder.
