The Phone Call

Chapter 5

Camille Pov:

Yes I finally saw the world clearly. My life was a mess . My parents loved money more than me and my boyfriend's dad kidnapped me. Also, my dad's ex-best friend hates me. Which he deserved it ? But he is out to get me.

I'm not sure what do. Like if I leave my boyfriend he could be in danger. If not, I'm pretty sure Ray would eventually come and I'd be beat or dead.

So, I can't stay here it's not going to work. I have to get to my boyfriend and his mom and little brother Deontae. I'll need to get them out of there and find a place. I'm going to work out the details with his dad later. But one more thing is I need to get rid of Ray.

I look over and his dad is still asleep and tied up. The sun is up and the birds are chirping . I'd awake him but then again come on. If it was was your family you'd probably do the same.

I look around again and saw that he'd woke .

" Hey." I said with a little hint of sadness in my voice .

He opened mouth but nothing came out. I saw tears in his eyes as he mouthed the word " I'm sorry."

'It's fine really but we need to get your sons and wife out before he finds them . We've got time since he doesn't know that I know who you are " I look at him in his eyes as he finish .

He nodded and I helped him up. " I'm not going to untie you. I don't trust you because I know your family is in danger and you'd do about anything ."

He just shrugged and we walked out of the raggedy, abandon house he had me in.

I looked at the house it really looked like a place in one if those scary movies.

We walked to the vehicle , that I was put in , a black van . I opened the door for him and he crawled in. I walked around to the drivers side and got in. I put the key in the ignition and cranked it up.

I put the van into drive and made a circle in the grass. Then , I hit the gas pedal and out the drive way we went.

We drove in silence. Not a cough or burp just silence. I turned onto their street and in the yard. I walked up to the house and knocked on the door.

"Um, hey babe" he said in his sexy ass sleeping voice.

" Shh... I have no time to talk get your mom & brother and grab some clothes make your way out here and get in the van no questions . I'll explain when you get in there . I already got your dad in there, just hurry babe." I said with tears.

He opened his mouth to talk but I pointed and he did so. I waited in the van and saw him and his brother and mom came out. They climbed in the van and their mouths dropped as they saw their dad tied up in seat.

" It's not what you think. He kidnapped me. He was blackmailed. They were going to kill you guys if not . But I don't have time to tell you all of it but just listen and you'll be safe ." I said trying to hard not to cry.

They looked at me ,mouths still open.

" S-sh shee's telling t-the truth." Their dad said barley getting the words out.

They just nodded and looked at me in disbelief . I cranked up the van and backed out of the drive way.

I drove for hours and hours . Nobody said a word and all you could hear was the sound of the van and the birds.

It was getting dark so I decided to stop driving.I pulled into a hotel called Lee's Hotel. Everyone raised up when they noticed the van came to a stop. They stretched and got out and I did too.

" I am going to rent us a room. Jose let your dad out, untie him and I'll be right back with the room key." I said.

I walked up to the door and made my way to the desk.

" Hi, welcome to Lee's hotel. How may I help you ? " the lady asked .

" I'd like a room please" I smiled at her.

She smiled back " how many nights ma'm?"

" Just one ."

She handed me the key and said " That'd be $140."

I handed her the money and walked back outside . We found room 129 and went inside.

It smelled like smoke and window cleaner. It didn't look like it was worth $140, but it's a place to sleep.

" Okay, just find a place and get some sleep" I told them.

Everyone laid down to get rest except  Jose and me. He stared at me. I got up and I felt arms around my waist.

" Babe, can we talk?" He whispered in my ear.

I spun around so we'd be face to face. He smashed his lips into mine. He asked for entry so I opened my mouth and he put his tongue in my mouth.

I pulled away "It's not the time babe . We need to talk for real and I don't think your going to like it" I said tearing up and rubbing his abs.

He wiped my tears away from my eyes and pulled me close. I wonder how he is going to feel when I tell him . That I'm killing Ray and he has to help .

A/n:

I'm sorry it's not the best but trust it going to get better .
