Chapter 2

I was waken up outta my sleep by my mom yelling my name. I looked at the time on my phone and rolled my eyes. It was 5:00 and my parents are home now. I sighed and got up. And walked downstairs

"Yes mom?"

She handed me this envelope that has been opened already. I opened the letter and read it. My eyes widen and smiled.

"Congratulations Adrian Carter you have been selected to come to for the summer. You will be staying in one of the most beautiful beach houses in Florida. We are looking forward of seeing you here" I read from the mayor of Florida

I looked at my mom and she was smiling. "AHHHHH!!" We both screamed jumping up and down

My dad and brother came running down the stairs. "What? What's going on?" My dad panicked

"Nothing Adrian has been selected to go to Florida by the mayor of Florida" my mom told my dad

"That's amazing. Are you ready to be out there by yourself?" He asked me

"I mean I'll be nervous but I can handle it" I smiled

"Well you have two weeks for this trip. School gets out next week so be packed and ready" my mom said

"Thank you mom and dad" I said hugging them

Next week

School was out and I was now on my way to the airport to get on the flight to Florida. It wasn't far from Georgia but my parents didn't want me driving there by myself.

I got into the airport and they called my flight number. I turned around to my mom, dad, brother and two bestfriends. My bestfriends ran into my arms first. I dropped my bags and hugged them.

"We gone miss you A. Please facetime us every three days so we can see Wassup" Crystal said

I nodded my head. My dad walked over to me and smiled. "Call me once you land baby girl" he said

"I will"

My brother walked over me and hugged me tightly. "Don't lose your virginity out there" he whispered and I hit his chest and he smiled

My mom walked over to me. I hugged her tightly and she was crying. "Please be careful out there. Stay pure. Stay happy. Don't go nowhere without letting someone know. Call me when you get a chance" she said wiping her eyes

"I will. I love you guys" I said grabbing my bags. I walked to the door that takes me to the plain. I got to my seat and put my bags up and sat down.

I put my headphones in and zoned out. I didn't know I fell asleep until I was being tapped.

"Miss. Miss you have to get up your flight has landed" a woman that was dressed in the airplane uniform.

"I'm sorry" I said getting up from my seat grabbing my bags. I walked out the plane to see someone holding my name on a card in front of a BMW.

"Hi Mrs. Carter my name is Sergeo. I will be your personally driver for the whole time your here" he said in his British accent

"Nice to meet you and please call me Adrian Mrs. Carter makes me sound like I'm old and married" I giggled and so did he

"Ok Adrian let's getchu to the house your staying at" he smiled and opened the door for me. I slid into the car and pulled out my phone. I texted my bestfriends and parents to let them know I made it safely

He got in and started the car. We were driving for at least and hour. We stopped at this gate so he could get in. Once the gates opened he drove up to the house

"Oh. My. God. This where I'm staying?" I asked in shock

"Yes" he said looking at me through the rear view mirror

I stayed normal on the outside but on the inside I was jumping for joy. I couldn't believe I was staying in this beautiful the house by myself.

Sergeo parked the car and got out. He opened my door and I was about to grab my bags but two men came out and grabbed them.

I walked into the house and gasped. It was beautiful the first thing you see is the living room. The walls was peach and had beautiful furniture. I walked into the house a little more and saw the kitchen.

It was a light mint green color with marble counter it was just so beautiful. I walked up the stairs to see where the bedrooms were I passed four doors until I saw two separate rooms with double doors that had my name on one and some other guy name on another.

I walked into the room that had my name on it and my mouth dropped open. "Oh my god. This is so cute" I squealed jumping on the bed. I got up and walked to the glass doors and it was a view of the backyard. This house is so beautiful.

I walked to Avery Smith room and opened his doors. His room was just like mines but a bit version. I walked out his room and closed the door behind me. His name tag came off and I stared at it.

"This name looks so familiar" I thought to myself. That's when it hit me. This is the boy that always picked on me. He cut my hair, pushed me in mud and was my enemy. I really couldn't believe I was Rooming with my childhood enemy.
