“I have not broken your heart - you have broken it;
and in breaking it, you have broken mine.”

"These, are all for you."
I stare at the hill of envelopes, my eyes popping out as I shake my head.
"There's no way that these are all," I gesture towards them with a swing of my hand, "for me. I can't think of anyone who might write so many letters to me."
The Mailman looks at me warily, his jaw clenching in annoyance as he grits out, "Look, sir, just take these, since apparently, your address is written on these envelopes. I don't give a shit about who it is or why he/she sent so many letters, but my day isn't going well so I suggest you take these before I go wild, clear?"
He seems out of breath, his tie loosely hanging around his neck, while his white blouse is hanging out of his blue trousers. The cold wind brushes through his brown hair, casting a single strand into his eyes before he irritably tries to blow it away with his mouth.
He looks quite amusing, but I'll end up in an even worse situation if I anger him even more (Who knows, he might punch me in the face with his mail bag.) .
His outrageous complain surprises me, and I nod my head in silence, before the mailman grumbles and shoves the envelopes into my chest forcefully, gives me a stiff nod, and marches away.
I watch him go, before I finally realize that I've let him go.
I curse under my breath, but I don't make a move to chase after him.
It'll just tire me out, and surely carrying these envelopes with me while I run after him will be a definite unsuccessful chase.
I stare at the heap of envelopes gathered in my arms, before I let out a deep sigh, and carry them into my living room, closing the door behind me with a swing of my foot.
I carelessly drop them on my table, taking a seat before rummaging through them.
Who the hell wrote all of these to me?
There's no address of who it came from, and that only irritates me more.
I rummage a little bit more, before I finally give up.
It must be some children's prank, thinking it'll be funny to send loads of letters to an innocent young man who was too lonely for his own good.
