chapter 8: safe and sound

Armani's p.o.v
Boy toy? I'm lost and confused. My mother and I leave to go to the Dolans in five minutes. I'm no where near ready. I pull out an outfit which is a dress and some heals. Just kidding! I put on a New york tshirt and i put on some shorts  with some white shoes. I put on some makeup and I fix my hair. I spray a lot of perfume on me and I head to the car where my mom patiently waits for me.
"Wow your all dolled up" I laugh "gee thanks mom its only ethan and Grayson, they know what I would wear" I smile as I said Ethan's name "seems like someone has a crush" I stop smiling "no mom I don't date jerks" she just sighs "sorry hun I didn't know" she says quietly "no no mom its fine really" I smile at her to make her feel better. We arrive to the Dolans where I meet the Dolans parents "you must be the beautiful Armani the boys cannot shut up about" she smiles while giving a hug and a kiss on the cheek "awe they are so sweet" I said with a smile. "The boys are upstairs go ahead up" she says "I find a door that says ethan and Grayson's room and I knock but before i do I stop hesitantly "gray what am I going to do?" Ethan says "Ethan calm down she will say yes trust me " say yes about what?
I knock and it goes silent. Ethan opens the door " omg Armani your alright" he said as he hugs me tightly , I hug back because his hugs are amazing.
"You smell really good" Grayson says with a small smile "oh thank you, you smell good as well" we all start laughing "guys dinners ready!" Their mom yells
We sat all next to each other "awe boys let's take a picture , y'all look so darn cute " she takes out her phone and put a it on the camera "say best friends forever!" She says "best friends forever" We say as we smile to take the picture . "awe, so armani?" Mrs. Dolan says "yes, Mrs.dolan?" I said politely . "oh dear call me Lisa" she says with a huge smile " alright Lisa" I say again sweetly "any boyfriends?" I laugh, everyone just stares at me "sadly no miss, after this incident I got into at this point no one likes me" I sigh remembering what I did to Ethan's ex "we like you armani" Grayson says with a smile . after dinner we head upstairs while the moms drank wine and talked about men. We start to watch Netflix but I feel this sudden urge to sleep. Ethan pulls me closer to him and keeps me warm. I feel safe and sound .
