Chapter 1

New York Time Square
9:49 p.m
November 13, 2014
I was walking through time square, admiring all of the beautiful fountains.
Man, were they beautiful!
I threw a coin in a made a wish.
"I wish I could meet him again." I think to myself after I throw the coin into the magnificent fountain.
I continue to browse the shopping center when, finally, somebody comes eye to eye with me.
It's him!
Patrick David Chilson!
Patrick and I met over our summer break. It's been three months since I've seen him and I finally get to see him!
Right here, in front of me!
What do I say? I can't just be like "Hey Chilly! Long time, no see!"
I just decide to wait until he realizes me. If he remembers me.
He finally does!
"Ashley," Patrick said to me,"Is that you?" Well, Duh!
He gives me an enormous hug when he greets me.
"Hey Chilson! Long time, no see!" I THOUGHT WE WEREN'T GOING WITH THAT, ASHLEY!
"Yeah, I guess so!" He says. It's suddenly gets sort of awkward.
"If you want, you could browse around with me!" He says to break the silence.
"I would love to, if you don't mind!" I reply.
"No! I don't mind at all!"
---Browsing the store--
We finally get too tired to look around at the stores so we decided to go out to eat.
"Where would you like to go?" He says.
"I don't really care, to be honest!" I say back. A
"Melting Pot it is then!" He says to me.
THE MELTING POT?! That's, like, CRAZY EXPENSIVE!
"Umm... Can we not go there? I don't have enough money to go there."
"I'll pay." He says to me in a nice tone.
"WHAT!? Really?"
"Of course!" He says, mocking my tone.
We get to the restaurant and the food is SOO good! I don't order much because I don't want him paying tons of money for me.
We're finally finished with our food and decide to go home.
We exchange phone numbers and leave.
Who knows what will happen next?
