The mistake

I showered and got ready for Scotts bonfire.

Apparently we were meeting two other packs. The hale pack and the raeken pack along with other omegas we found around beacon hills.

He said the packs should unite and become a bigger pack to protect the town. I guess the other two agreed

I walked to my room and put on a white shirt and some khakis pants.

"You look good Stilinski." I said in the mirror and walked out the door going to help Scott and Allison set up.

"Stiles your late." Lydia said hugging me. I wish she didn't see me as a brother sometimes.

"Sorry."

"So we have one less person to worry about." Scott said hanging up his phone. "The alpha of the Hale pack had to attend to business and is gone for a while."

"What's so important?" I asked.

"Him and his uncle are looking for the woman that killed there family. But he left his betas for us. Yay!" He said joking.

"Great." I said laughing.

"How long is he gone for?" Allison asked.

"Well it's gonna take a while I guess." Scott said inching his neck.

"Hey I'm Malia." A girl said walking up to me when I walked out the bathroom.

"Stiles." I said smiling at her.

"Which pack are you part of?" She asked.

"McCall. You?"

"Omega."

"Oh cool so you wanna tell how you became a werewolf." I said walking outside while she walked with me.

"I didn't." She said confusing.

"Oh you were born a werewolf?" I asked

"Nope I'm a coyote." She said.

"I thought the Raeken pack was the only ones that were something else. Chimera?"

"No I was born only coyote." She said with a serious face.

After that she explain her past and it was interesting. We went and talked to the others and found out about each other's packs.

"So Malia I was wondering would you maybe I'm be interested in possibly-?"

"Yes." She said.

"What?"

"You were going to ask me out? I mean I'm still getting the hang of it. But I'm pretty sure you were trying to."

"Oh no I was but you said yes!" I said smiling. 

"Well yeah." She said.

"Oh here's my number." I said not making the same mistake again.

"Thanks." She said before she left.

"Nice man." Scott said patting my shoulder.

"I know right." I said watching her walk out the door.

"She's a keeper."

"So how long is the hale packs alpha gone again?"

"He said he'll check up every once and a while. But he really needs to find who killed his family. " Scott said.

"I guess I would to." I said.

"So you're not bummed about losing the guy from last night?" Scott asked.

"No I still am. But Malia is pretty cool too." I said picking up some of the trash. "The Reaken pack is weird I can't believe how old they are thou."

"They're only three years younger." Lydia said walking in. "And they're in the backyard." 

"And I'm not talking bad I'm just saying there young."

"Again three years younger." Allison said picking up trash.

"Still though."
