Have a young girl have a boyfriends then get her pregnant with or without mods I'm not sure have her have some siblings and her parents can be divorced to together it's up to you then have the mom get a new boyfriend it could be like a reality show have the younger sister or something go after the teen moms boyfriend and it's up to you what happens next he gets her sister pregnant it's up to you..
