As Jonghyun was on his way home, he danced and sung along to the recent popular song, 'Lotto' by EXO. The music beat bumped through his earbuds and in that moment, he could care less if others looked at him for dancing the way he was. He was enjoying himself. The weather was getting quite chilly and Jonghyun adjusted the sleeves of his jumper. Or actually, Kibum's jumper.
The other day while tending to the laundry, Kibum's yellow jumper with the lettering 'Disco' caught his eye. He felt that as his boyfriend, he had every right to having his own boyfriend's hoodie. Soo... he took it. The jumper was far too big on him, but he loved how small it made him feel and almost like he was being hugged. Kibum's scent was masked over it and to Jonghyun, it made him feel safe.
When reaching upon his apartment complex, he took his keys out from his pocket, ready to unlock the door. That was when he noticed the knob beaten down, the lock dismantled, and the window cracked. His breath quickened and he didn't know whether to leave or stay. He shook as he quietly pushed the door open and flicked the light on.
No one appeared to be in the apartment, relaxing his nerves. But when hearing a smash come from the bathroom, his heart raced even more. Too afraid to continue looking further, he immediately ran out the apartment.

Jonghyun stood outside his apartment, shivering from both nervousness and from the weather, as the police inspected the apartment. He immediately called the police when reaching the landlord's office. "Jjong!" He looked up upon hearing his name and saw Kibum run towards him.
"Oh my god, are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" Kibum frantically asked. Kibum immediately wrapped Jonghyun into his arms, so glad that he was safe. When upon hearing what happened, he immediately rushed into his car and go Jonghyun's. He was in panic and seeing the smaller one safe and untouched, it almost made him cry. He was thankful.
"It seems someone has broken into your apartment and when you had arrived, the trespasser was still here. It's believed he escaped through the bathroom windows. Nothing has appeared to have been taken, but this was left behind," The policemen spoke them both and showed the item that was left behind. It was a small teddy bear with a note saying, 'I love you.' Seeing the bear, visibly made Jonghyun shudder.
"Do you have any idea who could have possibly broken into your apartment? Any enemies or anyone wishing ill towards you?"
In that moment, both Kibum and Jonghyun looked at each other. "It's possible... I have been receiving strange letters from time to time and I do always feel as if watching me... I also have a bully at school. His name is Jae Suk." The policeman took note and thanked them for their time.
After the police had left, Kibum helped Jonghyun clean and tidy up the apartment. Whoever broke in, sure made a mess of it all. He double checked his things Incase anything was taken. Thankfully there wasn't. "Would you rather come back to my house? I can imagine you're pretty shaken up. Plus, that doorknob won't be fixed until tomorrow." Kibum suggested. "If you don't mind."

The next night, Jonghyun double checked his windows and door, making sure they were securely closed. The landlord called the maintenance man, and had the doorknob fixed in a jiffy. Jonghyun was so grateful. Kibum had offered to spend the night, but cancelled, being called into the office for a meeting.
After spending some time on homework, a warm meal and a warm shower, Jonghyun dressed into his pajamas, settling into bed. That night, he can proudly admit he didn't sleep well at all. Every sound woke him and he constantly checked the doors and windows. He debated on phoning Kibum or Jinki, but didn't want to be a nuisance. Eventually, Jonghyun felt his eyelids grow heavy and managed to fall asleep.
That following morning, not only was he running late for class, was in a rush to pack his work, get a ride, and quickly get himself a cup of coffee, he missed to see the package box outside his door.
Within exactly one minute, Jonghyun made it to class. His heart was pounding, panting out of breath, hair and clothing wrinkled, and his bag hanging off his elbow. Other students observed him while others gave judgmental looks. On any normal day, he would secretly fret and feel self conscious. But with the hectic and sleepless night he had, he honestly couldn't give a fuck.

"I'm so tired." Jonghyun muttered while sitting in the school cafeteria. He wasn't scheduled to work and wanted nothing more than to sleep. "You should have called me, Jjong. I could have kept you company." Jinki responded. The other shrugged and laid his head on the table. "Come on, I'll take you home."
As Jonghyun walked up the step to his apartment he finally took notice of the package. It was addressed to him, but something was off. Looking around, he didn't see any sign of anybody. Gently picking the box up, he was amazed how light it was. Once entering the apartment and locking the door, he retrieved a pair of scissors and unboxed the box.
What was inside made his hands run cold, his heart drop, his breath quicken, and tears form in his eyes. There were photographs of him throughout the last few days, all at different time and angles. Inside was a note. "Be aware my love. By very aware."
