• ALVINAS POV •

I Woke up and the first thing i saw, was his face.. He was sleeping so cutely, his head was going to fall on my shoulder, i slowly moved it.

He looked so cute while sleeping. I was just looking at his cute face. I don't know why i was going to touch his cheek, when suddenly my phone beeped.

I looked at the phone screen... "Missing me?" Umair wrote. I hurriedly removed my hand from Shehryaar's cheek.

*What the hell was i doing?, i'm freaking enganged* i thought and facepalmed myself 100 times.

I looked at my hand, and saw the engangement ring on my finger...

* FLASHBACK *

"Alvina betii" my dad yelled, as he happily came home, "Jiii" Abu i replied fixing my dupatta on my head.

"Ek glass paani laana, ek achi news hai" my dad announced in the house. I went to the kitchen, and took a glass of water.

I was walking to the living room, when i heard mom, dad and my brothers talking together.

"Ladka acha hai Alvina ke liye, aur woh mangni kal hi karna chahte hai" my dad said happily. "Arey, yeh toh bohat achi baat hai" my mom said smiling.

The glass slipped out of my hand and crushed on the floor. The glass was now broke into small pieces, like my heart. *Itna bara faisala aise kaise kar sakte hai?*...

"Alvina idhar ao beta" my dad called me. "Jii" i said acting happily. "Beta tumhaare liye ek ladka pasand kiya hai Maine, aur mangni kal hi hogi!, theek hai na?" My dad asked as, it was normal asking a girl like this.

"Dad why are you asking her?" Shiraz Bhai said suddenly, making me frown. *Mangni meri hai, toh mujhse hi puche gey na* i thought.

"Maine aur Rahim ne humari engangments ka mana kiya tha, jo yeh karein gi?... Yeh toh phir ladki hai" Shiraz Bhai said carelessly.

I was just standing there like an idiot. "Shiraz, phir bhi... Yeh baat humari behan ki zindagi ka sawaal hai" Rahim Bhai broke in.

"Haan beta" my mom added. "Alvina kya tum iss rishte se khush ho?" My mom asked looking driectly into my eyes.
"Beta humein khushi hogi agar tum maan jao gi toh" my dad mentioned.

"Mujhe yeh rishta qubool hai" i agreed.
"Ohh, methai lao methai, everyone yelled in unison.

"Mujhe tumpe garv (proud) hai meri bachi" my dad said and pulled me into a hug.

*Sab itne khush hai, meri khushi unki khushi mein hi hai* i thought and, decided i will marry the guy.

"Hello?" Someone waved their hand infront me. I looked up and saw Shehryaar looking worried at me.

"Ya?" I said looking at him. "Are you okay?" He asked holding my shoulder. I looked nervously at his hand, and he saw that, i was feeling uncomfortable. He hurriedly moved it.

"I'm sorry" he said looking down, "no, its okay" i said biting my lower lip.

He sat down on his seat. I looked back to see Aaliyah, when i saw she was sleeping on Hussain' s shoulder, and Hussain' s head was on Aliyah' s.
