Garroth is a full blind boy in Phoenix Drop High, he gets bullied by the Shadow Knight gang. His brothers though stick up for him and help them whenever they can.

Laurence is a popular kid. He is in his second year and is in all of Garroth's classes. His mother died when he was young, by his father, who is now an alcoholic and hurts Laurence. Also He is not friends with Garroth, but with Aphmau, Travis, Vylad, everyone in the series.

~Timeskip to after school Thursday!~

Laurence's POV

After my swim meet I saw someone running on the track field... It looked like Garroth? I jogged over to the field. As I walked over there he slipped and fell over. Who runs in the rain? He looked like he hurt his ankle. "Need some help?" I asked holding out my hand.

"O-o-okay? Where are you?" I looked at him confused, he was holding his hand and was trying to find mine, he looked up... Oh... His eyes were grey with no life in them, he was blind... I grabbed his hand and helped him up.

"So I'm Laurence, what's your name?" I asked him.

"Garroth, nice to meet you!" He stood up and almost fell again. I saw his ankle was black and blue and was swelling.

"Nice to meet you too Garroth! Here let me help you to the nurse's office..."

"Thanks..." I put my arm under his and helped him all the way to the nurse's office. When we got there he was given a brace. He was going to walk home alone but I insisted on going with him. Too make sure he was okay and to stay away from my father. "Thanks again for walking me back home..." He said blushing. He went in through the gates of his house. And I walked home as slowly as I could. When I opened the door, there my dad was with a beer bottle in hand, his eyes had a look of wanting to hurt me.

Garroth's POV

"Garroth why did you come home late?" My mom asked.

"Huh... No reason..." I slowly made my way up the stairs.

"Big brother!" Vylad hugged me... I just let him squish me to death. I started walking to my room trying to hid my limp.

"Garroth... You're limping." Zane said. I just kept walking and shut my door before they can come in.

"Big brother! Open the door!" Vylad said knocking on the door.

"I don't want to get up!" i complained sitting on my bed and taking out my book. "Just break it down... You were going to do it anyway..." I mumbled the last part. BANG!!

"GAR GAR!! ARE YOU OKAY!!" It was my mom.

"I absolutely, hate you Zane and Vylad...." I just started 'reading' again, well, more like just faced the book and felt the bumps on the page, right now I'm reading Romeo and Juliet, it's such a good book!

"You were limping are you okay!?!" Mom asked again.

"I'm perfectly fine..." I wasn't paying attention whatsoever. "I just tripped and sprained my ankle... again..." I clarified for them.

"Where you running again!" Zane complained. I scoffed.

"Me run! That is observed! I'd rather be curled up in a ball reading my books!" Hehe... please fall for it!

"Okay... Just be more careful next time Gar Gar..." I heard my mom leave.

"Shall do!"

"How did you get home?" Zane asked. "You're usually crawling home!"
