"I'm so sorry." I said. My tears shed a little as I pressed the phone against my ear more.
"Why are you pretending to like me? Ever since mom died you've always hates me. You always looked at my face, and gave me this disgusted look like I meant nothing. Do I really mean nothing to you?" Rayne asked. I sniffles and I let my last tears come out.
"Rayne,I was depressed. I loved mom so.much and we had this close bond. And when I looked at your face, I just saw mom. I was so mad she left us. It wasn't even her time to go,i'm so sorry." I apologized. There was silence, I could only here crying on the other line.
The phone then hung up. Flatline continued. She was gone.
