She took in the beauty of the forest it was one of the most appealing things she had ever seen. The satisfactory was the only thing that kept her calm for a while as she walked on. Ashton gazed upon an old brown tree with sap squeezing out of the flaky bark . The color of the tree was hardly visible because it was sheiled by moss. At the bottom were the roots, spread apart making a little green moisture covered seat. She sat on top of the mossy blanket and pushed her back against the tree, exhaled and quivered. She looked down at her puffy blue and black ankle. She stared, "fuck" she inhaled as the air seeped in through the spaces between her teeth. The pain permeated her ankle and it was hard for her to bare. The moisture and her sweat mixed together like oil and water. It made her feel even worse.

As she sat swimming in moisture waiting for the suffering to diminish she sat staring up to the trees and watched the leaves flutter. She sat and thought, forgetting her throbbing ankle and staring at the sky that was once cobalt but is now a deep fire red with one freckle of blinding yellow that is seeping through the spaces between bodies of the trees as she sat across from it. Ashton had practicaly been all alone most of her life but this time she was really alone sitting in beauty and peacefulness. A tear tore down her face and fell quickly to her shirt. Another accompanying it from the corner of her eye plunging off of the side of her chin. When more tears arrived in her eyes the trees grew blurry and she closed them and opened them again. The tears were still Slipping and she closed once she again. The sixteen year old girl had kept it in for this long she need for he anxiety to escape.
