Sarah parked her car in the parking lot of Breezy's cafe before climbing out. I joined her on the sidewalk. The small age wasn't busy with only two people occupying the metal tables outside and only a few booths inside; there wasn't even a line to order.

She led me to the counter. A list of different caffeinated and uncaffinated drinks hung among other menus that offered other things such as chocolate banana bread. The whole place smelled amazing.

"I love this place," Sarah admitted with a small smile. "It makes me feel cozy."

I looked around. It really did give you a cozy, almost warm and fuzzy feeling. The walls were a deep and some were a relaxing red covered with different paintings that hung amongst the walls in a very orderly fashion.

"Hey! Sarah!" Said a guy behind the counter as he leaned on his elbows.

"Hey, Terrence," she greeted back.

"The usual?" Terrence asked as he raised a single brow and grinned. She laughed and shook her head yes. "One vanilla cappuccino with extra who cream and chocolate drizzle coming right up."

"Oh, Finn'"Sarah said as she realized I hadn't ordered. "What do you want?"

My eyes scanned the millions of chalk boards that were filled with selections. Finally, I found seething I was familiar with. "Hot chocolate."

Sarah giggle and rolled her eyes. Terrence had an expression that couldn't quite place other than to say he wasn't happy about something, and that something could have been me, although I wasn't sure why.

"You are a strange guy," Sarah poked fun. "It's okay though. I like strange."

Her last sentence caused Terrence to tense up before announce the price we had to pay. I pulled out some cash before she had the chance.

"But-"

"Remeber," I cut her off. "I said I was going to pay."

I handed Terrence the money and we received our drinks. Sarah found a comfy booth as she opened her book bag. Slowly she placed he homework and studying material in front of her.

I took a greedy sip of the best hot coco I had ever tasted. The look I was giving the cup said it all.

"Their drinks are to die for," Sarah giggled before taking a big drink of her own.

We talked and studied four a couple of hours together at the little cafe. A few more students came in after a while but they all left before we did. I couldn't help but notice the way Terrence was almost always looking at Sarah and smirked to myself. He liked her; I was willing to bet a million dollars that he did. As I was about to approach the subject Sarah started packing her stuff back into her bag.

"Are you ready to go?" She asked.

"Um, sure. If you are."

"I think I'm ready for my Spanish test tomorrow and it's getting late..." she looked out the now dark windows. "I normally don't stay this late."

"Oh-"

"Not that it's a bad thing," she hurried on. "It's just that I have to take you home and then go home too before it gets too late."

We climbed in her car and drove to Jenny's beach house. I gave her instructions as we went.

"You have a beach house?"

"Yeah," I answered. "It's not mine. It's my aunts. Her name is Jenny."

Since the occasional person asked who I lived with I had started calling Jenny my aunt. I even refer as Aunt Jenny when we're at home and I find it funny when she gets flustered because I'm practically saying she's been referred to as royalty.
