There are many options if you think you have a mental illness, don't be afraid to reach out and get the help that you deserve because you will ALWAYS deserve it

- they offer lots of really useful information about mental illnesses and have a "talk to us" option
• https://www.rethink.org/diagnosis-treatment
- Explains symptoms, treatment advice (including medication) and support
• http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/Pages/low-mood-stress-anxiety.aspx
- The nhs offer irl support (school nurses ect) and have a section on their website which include lots of help from coping with mental illnesses to what to do if you urgently need help
• The Samaritans operates a service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for people who want to talk in confidence. Call 08457 90 90 90.

- have different sections for parents and young people. From dealing with mental illnesses to helping those who do.
