Joey's Point Of View

Tyler took me to a gay bar. I could tell by the number of drag queens and guys making out. "Tyler! You didn't tell me this was a gay bar!" I said. Tyler laughed. "Sorry?" He said and grabbed me by the hand. He stopped by the bar and said, "Two margaritas." "Woah woah, we can't drink too much!" I warned. "We can call a taxi." Tyler shrugged. I sighed. I took the margarita, and sipped it lightly. I pulled out my phone, and went through twitter. When I looked up, I already saw Tyler with another man. I couldn't help but feel a little pinch in my heart. He was laughing, and playing with the guy's shirt. I sighed. Maybe I should just leave. I looked at the doorway, until, "Hey sexy." A raspy voice said into my ear. I turned around and saw a man I've never seen in my life. He was like 35! I was already grossed out. "Hi." I said politely. "Come here a lot?" He asked. "No, this is my first time."

Tyler's Point Of View

I was chatting with a friend I haven't seen in a long time. I felt bad, leaving Joey in a flash, but I had to. I looked back and saw Joey talking to some creepy old man. He was getting way to close to him, and Joey looked like he was about to cry! Anger boiled inside me. More jealousy than anger I guess. "It was nice taking to you, but I have to take care of something." I told my friend. He looked to where I was staring, and nodded.

Joey's Point Of View

"Well, I can make your first night your best night." The man slurred. I backed up a bit. "Um..I don't. I'm fine." I choked out. He only got closer. "I can't...really." I begged. "I know you do." He whispered. "No, he doesn't." An angry voice confronted. I turned around and saw a fuming Tyler. I sighed in relief. "Who is this?" The man asked. "I'm his boyfriend." Tyler snapped. I gasped. I know he was saying it as an excuse, but the sound coming out of his mouth made me tingle. The pervert shrunk, and backed away, awkwardly. "Oh, uh...sorry." He stuttered. Then left in a rush. I gave a thankful smile to Tyler. "Thanks." I said. Tyler hugged me. "Sorry," He said. I relaxed. "About what?" I asked. "Leaving you alone. I won't do it again. I promise." Tyler held my hand, and looked me straight into my eyes. "Okay everyone, grab that special man, and bring him on to the dance floor." The DJ announced and started a slow song. It sounded like Fix You by Coldplay.

"When you try so hard, but you don't succeed. When you get what you want but not what you need."

Tyler smiled at me, and led me to the dance floor. My legs were going weak at his gaze. When we got to the dance floor, he pulled me in, and intertwined my hand, and he laid his head on my shoulder. I put my hand on his heart, which was beating fast. He lifted his head up, and looked straight into my eyes. Tyler got up on his tip-toes and kissed me lightly. I responded by kissing him back even more passionately than we have ever kissed.

"Lights will guide you home...and ignite your bones. And I will try to fix you..."

I caressed his face, and his fingernails dug into my back as I felt something pop out of his jeans. Tyler gasped. I looked at him lustfully. He bit his lip. "Time to go." I said. Tyler smirked. We weren't that intoxicated, so I could drive. We got in the car, and decided to go to Tyler's house since Sawyer is probably home. I opened the door, and started kissing him down his neck. "Joey..." Tyler mumbled in an expression I couldn't explain. Not pleasure, but begging? I threw his legs around my waist and brought him to the bedroom. I gently laid him down on the bed, being careful. Tyler strikes me as a fragile person, so I'm going to take care of him like a piece of an expensive China plate. I started giving him a love bite right below his ear. He unbuttoned my shirt. Then I started taking of his shirt, while kissing him. When I pulled back, I gasped, and slapped my hand over my mouth. Tyler paused. "Joey!" He exclaimed, realizing what I just saw. His ribs. They looked like they were about to tear his skin.

His stomach was so small, I could easily wrap my fingers around it. Tyler was...anorexic. My heart seemed to stop. I looked at him. Tyler fumbled to get his shirt back on, and I helped him. "I'm sorry." He choked. His eyes filled up with tears, and so did mine. He scooted up to the corner of the bed, and curled up in a fetal position. I could hear his muffled cry. He looked so...helpless...and pitiful. Not in a million years, I would see Tyler Oakley break down like this. I wrapped my arms around him, and brought him into my chest. I put his head near my heart. I wanted him to know that my heart beats for him. "Tyler." I cried. He did too. "I'm sorry." Tyler kept on saying over and over again. "Tyler stop." I told him. He took a deep breath and stared at me. "Why?" I asked. More tears streamed down his face. "J-Joey, I'm not w-what you th-think I am." He stuttered. "Obviously." I said sympathetically. "I don't look at myself like you think I do." Tyler said more clearly, but muffled. "It's okay...it's okay. Tell you what, I know it's not going to be easy, but I want to help you. As long as you let me." I promised him. Tyler thought for a few minutes. "Okay. Just t-take it easy please." Tyler said. "Of course." I assured. "Remember what I said at the bar?" Tyler asked randomly after a few moments of silence. "What?" I asked. "I told you I would never leave you alone. After this, I promise that for the rest of my life. I owe you one, since you didn't get scared off or disgusted by me." Tyler sighed self consciously, then hid his face again.

I smiled to myself and my heart did 10,000,000 backflips. I hope he was telling the truth. "Deal." I kissed his nose, and brought him into my embrace. We weren't really "in the mood" anymore after that incident. I heard him take a deep breath and loose a bit of tension, then finally fully relaxed. "Joey..." Tyler mumbled. "Mmh?" I grunted. "I...love.." Then he fell asleep. I perked up. He loves what? Loves me? No. Well, maybe. I can't doubt that he loves me for the rest of my life. That's not going to solve anything. Why am I even thinking about this? Helping Tyler is what matters at the moment. I softly sang Fix You by Coldplay into his ear. It was the same song we danced to in the bar.

"When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep. Stuck in reverse. And the tears come streaming down your face. When you loose something you can't replace. When you love someone buy it goes to waste. Could it be worse? Lights will guide you home. And ignite your bones. And I will try to fix you."

The song seemed so perfect right now. I looked down at Tyler, who was smiling and looking up at me. I must have woken him up. "Go to sleep, darling." I soothed. "No...sing more. Sing Skinny Love." Tyler smiled.

"Come on skinny love just last the year. Pour a little salts we were never here.

My my my, my my my, my my my my my.

Staring at the sink of blood and crushed veneer."

Before I knew it, Tyler was already fast asleep. I stroked his hair and kissed his forehead. "I love you, Tyler Oakley." I whispered. Then fell into a peaceful sleep.

3rd Person

Little did Joey know, Tyler was awake. "I love you too, Joey Graceffa." Tyler smiled at the sleeping beauty. Even though Joey was asleep..Tyler swore he saw Joey smile. "I love you..." Tyler whispered again...then fell asleep.
