Chapter 7

Beep beep.My phone rang in my pocket.It was Jess .Thank god.For the past week she had been ignoring my calls and messages.

M:Jess how are you?

J:He broke up with me

Oh god this wasn't good.She was crying.Jess and her boyfriend Danny were constantly breaking up and getting back together.

M:What happened this time?

J:He says he needs time to think about our relationship

M:Jess you're better off without him and why were you ignoring all my calls and texts?

J:I thought you'd judge me.I have something else to tell you

M:Jess you're scaring me

She suddenly got into a fit of crying.

J: I...I think I'm pregnant.

Jess and I talked on the phone for another hour.She had decided it would be best to tell her parents when they got back from France,which was a couple of days.Jess wasn't sure if she should tell Danny but I said it was best that he knew.I told her I'd be there to talk to her at anytime.

*A day later*

I sat on the sand looking out at the beach.Im going to warped tour in a week .Which is exciting.

Jess told her parents that she's pregnant.They were furious as expected.She rang me after she had told them crying her eyes .Poor Jess .She is my only friend.The only person who stuck with me through thick and thin.Now I'm in America and can't comfort her.
