The Plan

"OH GREAT!!! Just what I needed right now, a fucking ultimatum! What's next? Are they going to bomb the federal building if I don't massage their backs!?" I yell out in frustration.

"Hey Demon, come on, you've dealt with worse, remember Si-."

"Don't EVER say his name again!!! Oh I'm sorry, it's just that ever since that happened, I've tried to forget it and move on with my life as a hero, but I guess the comics were right. Even when the hero always wins, he still ends up losing so much for the greater good. IT'S NOT FAIR!!! Why is it that villains get to go running around blowing shit up and killing innocent people, and the hero always ends up suffering the ultimate fate in the end. Well no more! Hammer & Sickle are going down!" I say with sadness and yet still determination to beat those two before its too late.

"That's the spirit Demon! You can beat these guys!" Kylee Cheers for me.

"But how? The last time I fought those two, I lost and they ended up halfway around the globe in a matter of seconds. I need a plan." I say to her, deep in thought.

"Well I have a few ideas. After the Gmod events, I've been studying up on other events like that and have tried to come up with better ways to stop them. Not only that but, I've been keeping tabs on Volfan and Legendary since then because of their skills in the field. They might just be what we need right now." She tells me with immense glee.

"Nah, the last thing I need is more of my friends kno- Wait a second. Isn't Volfan good with electronics and hacking?" I ask her, starting to formulate a plan.

"Um, yeah." She answers with slight confusion.

"And Legendary is good with software and mechanics along with device manufacturing right?" I ask again.

"Yeeah, so what?" She replies, still utterly confused.

"That's it! I noticed it during the fight I had with them earlier but never noticed it until now." I Burst with amazement.

"Noticed what?" Kylee asks.

"Back when I was fighting Hammer & Sickle, there was something off about them. They were wearing helmets that didn't look quite right at the time, but I just passed them off as a new costume design. But now I get it. Those helmets are a direct line to whoever is employing them to do this. No wonder why I couldn't stop them before, they were too focused on what they were doing where as I was distracted by a number of factors. All we have to do is hack into that frequency, slap some kind of sonic sound device to each helmet, and fire up a super sonic soundwave right into the helmet that should distract them long enough to get in a good couple hits and hopefully stop them." I say to her, even now I still retained some of that intelligence from the Cyberspace battle.

"And you think that'll work on them?" Kylee asks me in slight disbelief.

"Hey. Its our only shot right now. Let's go get Volfan and Legendary and head over to Demon Slayer HQ, I have yet to name is something cool." I tell Kylee.

And with that we were off to go and find Volfan and Legendary. They both moved here after the incident as to be closer together if something like that were to happen again, at least then, we would have proximity on our side as well. Obviously, I'd have to reveal to them who I am first so as to speed things along. I revealed myself to them quickly, got into the Slayer-Cruiser with all of them and went straight for Slayer HQ. 

"Ok, guys. Here's the plan. Volfan, can you hack into the signal that Hammer & Sickle are using to communicate with their boss?" I ask him hurredly.

"Yeah I can!" He replies with complete confidence.

"Great! Now Brandon, can you create a device capable of transmitting a sonic pulse straight into their helmets when the frequency is hacked and ready?" I ask Brandon.

"Yeah, I think I can do that. just give me 30 minutes." He replies.

"Ok but make it quick, we only have 40 minutes left, that gives us enough time to make it, hack it, and beat it. but we have to be right the first time on this or they'll kill many innocent lives. No worries." I say trying to cover up my accidental fear giving speech there.

We all started getting to work. Volfan and Brandon began working on their assignments and I went over into the back work area to try and make a few new upgrades to the suit as a Plan B just in case. Kylee and I started to work on a new gun that not only freezes the target with Liquid Nitrogen, but then adds a sticky goop on top of them afterwards, kind of like Gorilla Glue only in slime form. I also created a boomerang that travels to the destined target and never misses. Just as a precaution, I also upgraded the handling and lift off capabilities of my Jet Boots and extended the range on them too.

After 30 grueling minutes of work and testing, everything was in place. All we needed now was to get to the location that Hammer & Sickle were at and stop them once and for all. As I said my goodbyes to my friends, I hopped into the Slayer-Cruiser and went over to see Hammer & Sickle for a final face off.
