Night has passed. I was very tense when I got into the school ground. His words have been on my mind. His face flashed back through my memories as I made my way to the class. "I had a crush on him and I still like him now." I whispered to myself and I could feel my cheeks turning pink.
"I'm sure you ignored my text yesterday." The girl from my class hissed when I got there. She was also making that usual glare.
I blinked at her. I detested them. Treating me like this and that but I easily gave up."I'm sorry.." I looked down at the ground in which I was standing.
"You are gonna pay for that, little rat." She said it while grinning in disgust.
Both anger and guilt heated up inside me. I tried to retort but failed. If I could do that, I'd have done it already. From the very beginning.
"W-wait!" I attempted to stop her from going out. Maybe there's hope. A little part of me didn't want to give up. "C-can you stop bothering me?", I trembled.
She turned around to face me while scowling and preparing to insult me. "You know, you ain't even deserve to be in this class. It is just a matter of time before you get kicked out to the end class."
"Firstly, just surpass all of us before you order us around.", she added.
"It's a deal." I breathed.
"Huh, what did you say?!", she hissed.
"I will get the top spot in this class. I will surpass all of you in the first term. By that time, stop bothering me. That's my demand!", I could feel my legs shaking and my hands as cold as ice.

I couldn't concentrate on the class as I couldn't stop thinking about what happened earlier. I can't turn back now. She agreed to it but it would be the worst case if I ever failed. "But how do I get the top spot?" I slurred.
I need a time machine, I thought to myself. "I shouldn't have made that deal."
The day ended for me without being productive at all. I escaped from my class and prepared to go home on the usual, lonely road.
"Karma...", I murmured. My brain has been telling me to avoid him but I couldn't lie to myself. I wanted to meet him.
"Crap!" I snapped. A cold breeze swept through my unkempt hair, making it even messier.

"Hmm..." I sighed. "I managed to get here but.." I was losing in my thoughts before a gentle hand reached my shoulder.
"It is unexpected to see you here, [Y/N]-chan." Kanzaki gave me a tiny smile with a little hint of surprise in her eyes.
"I gave you a call Kanzaki, you shouldn't be surprised." I smiled back to her. "And I will be needing your help in Japanese. It is emergency.", I pleaded.
"Ok! This will do.", Kanzaki handed me a few sheets of paper.
