Intro: First Day

"Shine, wake up. Or you'll be late for school. It's your first day!"

Ugh. School again.
I turned to my side table and took my alarm clock to see what time is it.

"Bro, it's just 5:30 am! My class will start at 8:00 am!! Oh gosh. Let me sleep." I said to my brother and throwed a pillow on his face.

"No. Stand up. NOW. Your clock is broken, remember?"

I immediately stand up but fell back again because I felt dizzy.

"What time is it?" I'm panicking now but remaining calm on the outside.

"Well, it's....... 7:00 am. You still have 30 minutes. I will leave at exactly 7:30 so you better hurry up."

I stood up and lazily walked to my bathroom. I stared at my face for a while. My hair is a mess. My eyes seems like they are glued and I can't open them. Don't blame me. I didn't sleep early because I'm engrossed to what I'm reading last night because I feel like I'm traveling while reading.

I sighed and took a short shower.

I examined my uniform for a while. Hmmm. Not bad. A formal maroon coat, white long sleeves with a black necktie. Also a maroon skirt which seems it's length is just 1 inch above my knee. At least they allow students to wear any shoes. I'm comfortable with my converse.

I put on my uniform, braided my hair and put on my black glasses. You read it right. I'm wearing reading glass. Although I can read without one but my head hurts so... Yeah, I prefer wearing it.

I forgot to introduce my self.

I'm Shineia Yooseok Arevalo.16 years of age and I'm turning 17 on February 4. My height is 5'5 and I'm a scholar in Bangtan Academy.

After our parents died last year because of a car accident, my brother brought me in this place. He said it's closer to his work. This is his apartment and our old house is now for sale. We need extra money because my brother's monthly salary is not enough for the both of us.

I sighed and went down the stairs. His apartment is bigger than I thought when I first saw it. It has two rooms with bathrooms, a spacious and comfy living room, a medium sized kitchen and a cool dinning room. I like this place because this is where I started my new life without my parents and this place helped me move on.

My parents just died last December. Only five months has passed but I finally accepted their loss. I finished my first year high school at my old school. My first year didn't went well because of the tragedies that I faced. But I learned how to be strong,with or without my brother. I started to treat everybody cold, except my brother. He's the only one left for me.

"Aish!!" I hurriedly climbed up the stairs and went to my room to get my cap. Yes,I'm a boyish. Sort of? Heh. I live with my brother so what can I say?

"Hurry up Shine! I'm going to be late!!" I run fast and I saw my brother outside wearing his helmet. Gosh. I forgot he's using his big bike right now. I have no choice but to sit and hold onto him tight. He gave me a helmet and I immediately put it on. Then he drove fast and dropped me off at the front gate of.... what I suppose the Bangtan Academy?

I scanned the place. There are students all over the place. I walked until I reached the hallway. Okay? Where to go?

I walked until I saw the principal's office. I knocked twice then I heard a voice said 'Come in..' I turned the knob and opened the door . I saw a man sitting in front of the principal. I ignored him and I greeted the principal.

Mr. Kim Sijung - Principal and Head of Bangtan Academy

I think he's a Korean. Oh well. Not bad. I think he is in his late 50's? He's wearing a red long sleeves inside and a black tie with a coat on. He's also wearing his glasses. He stood up and smiled at me.

"Good morning. I suppose you're the new student? The scholar?"

"Good morning. Yes. I'm Shineia Yooseok Arevalo. I'm glad I passed here. It's my privilege to enter this school." I said as I bowed my head.

I looked up at him and he smiled at me, satisfied.

"No need to be formal. Just call me Mr. Sijung. This..."

He gave me a paper. It's a map. This school is HUGE!!

"....is the map of the school. And this is your schedule. " he also gave me a notebook which is my schedule.

"Thank you Mr. Sijung."

"Your welcome. You can go now. Or you'll be late in class. I hope you'll have fun. Enjoy Ms. Arevalo. " I bowed my head and looked at the man who's looking at me. He just looked away after I saw him. What the ef is wrong with this guy?

"Excuse me Sir. Thank you."

After 28 minutes.....

"I think I came here before..." I can't find my classroom!!!

Ringggg....ringgggg....

I run fast because I heard the bell rang.Until....

"Gah!" I fell back because of the impact.

"Look where you're going...."

I glared at him after what he said.

"FREAK."

"How dare you say that to me!!"

But he just walked away. Tsk.

Now I remember. He's that guy in the principal's office! His face and aura spells 'D-A-N-G-E-R'. I knew it!!

Ugh! I hate my first day.
Guess what's next? Insert sarcasm here. I hope I won't see that guy again. He's a bad guy!
