synopsis
The king's debts finally caught up with him, making him and his entire kingdom and people property of the Giants. Under their control, the society was grouped into three sections, each section had to perform a different task in order to stay alive. All individuals had to prove themselves worthy of taking every breath every day.
With the occupation having lasted years, Agatha and Louka knew nothing past weapons and fast reflexes for a long time. After being captured, they were taken to where the rest of the second section were being kept, the stadiums. Where they had to battle each other everyday for them to be able to live at the Giants' pleasure and entertainment.
But the battle the audience of giants saw every afternoon when the sun in the middle of the sky wasn't even the real fight the warriors in the cages were fighting. With their numbers decreasing, those warriors, unlike the rest of the society's sections, had to fight for more than just their life.
