Things needed(not powders)
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 Onion
1 stalk Escellion
3 twigs Thyme
1 Sweet pepper
5 Scotch bonnet pepper
A dash Pimento seeds
Half a clove Garlic
1/2 Carrot
1/2 tea spoon of sugarMethod
Add all ingredients to vinegar after being chopped, diced and crushed appropriately.Add sugar and let it sit for 24 hours before you.
Can we used on fish fried dry or on sprat, fried chicken and jerk pork.
