Chandler's pov-
Joey and I have been talking for about an hour. He finally asks me what I needed to say because he could hear the struggle in my voice.
"I don't know anymore. Monica gets mad so easily now. When I clean it's wrong and when I don't clean it's rude and disrespectful. When I talk it's annoying but when I don't talk it's rude and disrespectful." I say.
"Oh no! You guys are awesome! I love you guys! You can't break up!" Joey whines.
"Woah, who said we were gonna break up? Technically we would get a divorce, but I never said that, I never even thought that!" I say.
"Well, I uh, just assumed..." He trails off.
But I know Monica must've talked to him. He didn't even seem surprised when I told him how things were, just disappointed.
"Monica talked to you didn't she? She mentioned divorce didn't she? She's going to leave me isn't she?" I say. I almost start crying so I leave Gunther a tip and run out the door.
I knew things were bad, but Monica and I work things out. But we normally talk about things, and she never talked to me about any of this. Why would she tell Joey that she is going to leave me?
