Prom in two more weeks.

"Yian! may date ka na ba?" Tanong ko sa best friend ko. I stared at her, waiting for her answer. Her mahogany hair flowed in waves, touching her porcelain-like skin, as she turned to look at me. Her eyes, framed by long lashes, were a bright, tan and seemed to brighten the world as she looked at me.

Lihim akong napatawa as I saw how her cheeks turned into a shade of pink, "W-wala pa," she stammered.

Siguro iniisip niya nanaman si Chad. Ang long-time crush niya na hottie! Don't get me wrong, wala akong gusto sa kanya ah? I'm just stating a fact. He is, indeed, hot.

"I-ikaw ba?" tanong niya, pulling me back to my senses, "May date ka na?"

"Wala pa." I paused, "Pero sa ganda kong 'to? Malamang madaming mag a-aya sa'kin!" I replied full of confidence. Syempre sa panahon ngayon, wala ng maria clara.

"Ang kagandahan ay parang password, ikaw lang nakakaalam."

Napalingon kaming dalawa sa nagsalita. And i wished na sana hindi nalang ako lumingon. His windswept, black hair fell just over his eyes, which were dark as ink. He wore a lopsided smile as he walked towards us, both hands in his pockets.

"Shut up!" I snapped at him, "Nasira na ang araw ko sa'yo!" Wondering who it is? It's the devil's right hand--Cloud Vander Concepcion.

"So?" He said, arching one eyebrow up, "Nag-tanong ako?"

"Leche ka!" Defeated, i stood up and was on my way out when Ms. Alcantara went in. I paused in my tracks as her eyes locked with mine.

"Where do you think you're going, Ms. Alvarez?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"U-umm.. " lalo pang napataas yung kilay niya ng marinig niyang nautal ako. Shet! This is all Cloud's fault!

*Bogsh!*

Nabaling ang atensyon namin sa likod kung saan nakita namin si Cloud na.. may hawak na walis? I looked at him, wide-eyed. I can't and wouldn't believe it! 'Yang tamad na 'yan? Magwawalis? Ano nanamang eksena ito?

"Mr. Concepcion... Are you sweeping the floor?" Tanong ni Ms. Alcantara

Napatigil si Cloud sa pagwawalis at napatingin samin. "Hindi, sinusuklay ko lang yung sahig."

What the actual hell? Pati ba naman ang teacher pinilosopo niya? Wala talagang sinasanto ang demonyong 'to. Napailing nalang ako at napatingin kay ma'am. Her attention was with cloud kaya dahan-dahan akong pumunta sa pwesto ko at duon naupo.

Pagkatapos ng Math na tinuro ng terror teacher namin, sumunod naman ang science. Mabuti nalang at hindi pina-guidance ni ma'am si Cloud. So meaning, sermon lang ang inabot ng lalakeng iyon. Pero wait.. Did i just say mabuti?

No, i was just kidding. Don't mind it.

"What is Electricity?" Our teacher's eyes roamed around the room. Stopping, as it captured a raised hand. A smile formed on her lips, "Yes? Ms. Danica?" Tumayo naman si Danica- Ang classmate naming..

"Electricity is a kuryente that is connected to the poste that makes the ilaw sindi and when somebody hold it makes them GIMME GIMME."
