"Case number 147 !" The officer yelled ."Jenkins vs finch."

I walked in the courtroom on the first row was Jordan , milia , Kennedy , momma Sheila , and ink .

On the second row was Aj , Dominique, Selena and Twan .

I know that me and August are done and I could care less if he came or not but when I looked on the other side he was sitting all alone looking at me .

I sat in the chair then they brung my momma out and sat her beside me when Anika came in she had on a arm sling , a cast on her leg , a black eye and a patch on her jaw .

"I would like to drop all charges ." She spoke after thirty minutes of quietness and her and her lawyer talking .

"Are you sure those are some nasty bruises ?"

"I'm positive ." She smiled looking at me .

I looked at Jordan and the rest of the family and started smiling before me and my mom hugged each other .

"Mommy !" Milia smiled .

I ran and picked her up and attacked her with kisses .

"Ma'am here's your belongings ."

I got my clothes then my ring .

I walked over to August and smiled .

"Look Ky-"

I kissed him and gave him back the ring .

"Love you big head ." I smiled before a tear slipped and I went back to everyone .

August left and I was happy I wanted to be down and mope and groan and be all sad but I couldn't I was just so happy .

"Baby do you think our baby will look like me or you ?" Ashley smiled kissing my neck .

"I don't know ash ." I huffed .

"Babe it was for the best we are a family now with just one child you didn't need all those kids at the age of 18 it's a good thing she took them ." She smiled rubbing her stomach .

"Bi-Ashley I'm bout to go smoke ."

I got up and went down stairs and lit a blunt .

I lost my baybeh girl and that shit eating me up on top of that I might have another lil one Ashley was one of my hoes that I ran to when I'm stressing a few months ago a nigga was going threw it so I called her up to relieve stress and she ended up pregnant but she didn't tell me till last month now she four going on five months pregnant .

"August I'm hungry ."

"Call something in ."

"No I want spaghetti."

I huffed ." Ight come on ."

We got in the car and I sped off .

"Your lying ." I laughed .

Me and chase was at Selena's mom restaurant since I wanted spaghetti and cheese and she makes it best .

I invited chase because he's been my friend for awhile and I didn't want to be alone right now .

"Kylie you ignored me for two weeks straight before actually texting back ."he laughed .

"No I didn't ." I laughed ."Excuse me I'll be right back ."

I went to the restroom and Threw up the spaghetti I just ate .

I came back out and my eyes landed on August and some bitch he looked annoyed and she looked happy but she also had a baby bump .

I walked past them to get back to my table where chase was smiling.

"So what else you wanna do beautiful before I take you home ?"

"I don't know I'm banned from the skating rink how about dancing ?"

"Cool with me ."

"Hey ky can I speak with you in private ?" I heard Selena's mom say .

"Sure ." I smiled .

I followed her to the back to her office but she stopped before going in .

"Talk to this boy ."

"Really I'm not abo-"

"Talk to him ." She said sternly.

"Yes ma'am ." I huffed .

When I walked in her office August was in there laying on her couch balled up crying like a child .

"August get yo ass up ."

"I can't ." He said

"Why is that ?"

"My heart you just stomped on it man you Took it , ripped it , and stomped on it ."

"Get up stop being a bitch and let's talk ."

He got up and straightened his face ."ky baybeh who you wit ?"

"Chase my friend and I see you wit babymoms number three ." I said with attitude.

"This shit petty man I want you and only you nobody else ."

"Why cheat then ?"

" I was stressing I needed something to relieve that stress ."

" interesting." I laughed .

"See girl you playing with my heart ."

"No your playing yourself ." I said before walking out call me what you want but I ain't gonna keep being stupid for the same stupid ass nigga .

"Hey sweet heart you ready ?"

"Yea ." I smiled .

We left out hand in hand he opened my car door and we were on our way dancing .

"Ashley lets go ." I said trying to cover my face .

"What's wrong ?"

"Nothing ."

Kylie just dissed the hell out of me for a lil nigga all she need is time she couldn't be serious .

We got everything and left I got in the car then Ashley slow ass walked slow as fuck .

"You could have helped me ." She said .

I sped off trying to get home as fast as I could .
