*ding* Emilie looked over at her phone and saw a text from Marcus reading "ready? I'll be there in 15" She replied back with "just about, in bringing my bags downstairs now.
Emilie and Marcus had been waiting for this day.

Sitting in class, Marcus passed a note to Emilie. It read "so, your bday is coming up and I wanted to do something special. I've been working for the past 2 summers in order to earn some extra money. We're taking a trip to Paris."
-Back to the present but 15 minutes later-
Marcus grabbed Emilie's bags and they headed out the door and set off to the airport. By the time they arrived, they went through security check and gave up their bags.
