Chapter 21

  Louis POV

I walked the two cops into the lounge where the guys were all sitting; their heads snapped up as we all walked in to the room.

“This is Alex Wheeler and Cameron Tully they are here to talk about Spencer and Jeremy.” I said as I sat down next to Liam and grabbed his hand tightly. I told the officers each of the boy’s names and told them to take a seat. “Would you like a tea or coffee?” I offered politely. They both shook their heads no.

“When was the last time you all saw Spencer and Jeremy?” Cameron asked. I looked at Liam silently telling him to answer before I start to cry. He got the message and answered for me.

“Last night, Jeremy came by and him and spencer left. Louis was with me at the time.” They both nodded and looked towards Tommy and Harry who had their arms wrapped around each other keeping each other sane.

“Zayn and Niall came over last night and about ten minutes later they walked through the door; they said they were a block over and spencer wanted to come see us because he hadn’t seen us in like a week.” Alex jolted something down in his little notepad.

“Did you all know about their relationship? No matter if it was forced or not it is illegal so we need to get to the bottom of all this and find them.” Before I could open my mouth to answer Niall beat me to the punch.

“Yes we all know about it, they love each other and always have. When that boy hit the age of ten his eyes never left Jeremy and Jeremy’s never left him. I caught them together one time when I was checking up on them and the site wasn’t what you would expect an eleven year old and a sixteen year old to be doing. I am surprised he didn’t end up pregnant before now and he probably would have if Jeremy hadn’t left him broken hearted while he was at collage on the other side of the world; it wasn’t even that he left it was the fact that he promised to call all the time and yeah he called but he never called Spencer and now he came back and the feeling are all there, at the surface bubbling and here you are to come take it all away from them? All because they are in love and you want to ruin it!” He got up and stormed out of the room but hardly even a second later he was back at the door. “And I was the only one who noticed!” then he ran up the stairs. Zayn apologized and ran off after him.

Liam looked at me a little panicked; I guess he was expecting me to be angry at Jeremy for taking my babies innocence so young but as much as I would love to kill him right now I missed my baby and after Niall’s outburst I just wanted him back so I could hug him and say sorry for not noticing all the pain he was in when Jeremy left. I was an awful father for not noticing him heartbroken waiting by the phone nearly every minute of the day.

Tears leaked out of my eyes and I put my head in Liam’s chest and cried. I heard Harry get up and take the police into another room. Liam’s strong hand ran up and down my back.

“Spencers first time was the time he got pregnant. He told me at the doctors by accident.” He mumbled into my ear. I nodded not really listening.

“I’m the worst father, I love him so much yet I can’t notice how much pain he was in for five years; five years!” I got up and started walking around the room looking for something to throw, as I went to pick up a coffee mug big arms wrapped around my wrists and pulled me into a hard chest and that’s when I broke down. My knees buckled and I sobbed hard into Liam’s chest.

“Don’t you dare call yourself a bad father, you are the best father I have ever seen. You love him so much you would do anything for him” I went to open my mouth but he just kept talking. “You spent most of your time trying to cheer him up but nothing anyone could do would help, if anything it made him hurt worse; there was nothing we could have done even if we had none about them.”

I was still crying into his chest when there was a cough. Liam turned us around but I didn’t lift my head.

“When you get in contact with your son tell him to come home, we can arrange a deal for Jeremy.” At that I turned around.

“I will not have my son come home only for you to take away Jeremy, the love of his life and the father to his child! You will just put him in jail even if it is only for a year; I am not having him miss his child’s birth or seeing Spencer grow! I know what its like to have a child inside of you and its father is missing and you don’t know if he will return or whether he will be there at all for anything; it hurts and it hurts bad.” Tears kept pouring don my face as I yelled.

“I won’t let him go to jail. My wife died at birth and I wish so badly that she could see how our now ffive year old son has grown up. The most Jeremy will get is charged for sleeping with a student and inappropriate actions on school grounds. He will have to attend court but with Spencer and his whole family and friends on his side it won’t lead to jail. You even have Cameron and I on your side, we know that the relationship was present before Jeremy’s eighteenth birthday so that drops the rape charges. So go ahead and tell them to come back.” Happy tears flowed down my cheeks and I jumped into Liams arms crying again.

“Our baby gets to come home.” I mumble into his neck.

“They have hardly been gone for twenty-four hours you know?”

“And he is never leaving me again.”

I am so so so sorry for the really late update and I am also sorry this was a rather sad chapter but it all suddenly came to me like that when I was writing and I thought that Niall needed to have an outburst and Louis needed to have a breakdown…………I sound so mean but it had to happen :)

Not sure how long the next chapter will be because I have no idea what to write in it so yeah hopefully won’t be longer than this one took :I

I am now coming up with plans for my other book and I already have a helping hand that is going to write the naughty scenes that I can’t write so if you want to go check out that I would be grateful :)

Also who would like a small sexy scene in the up and coming chapters and between who? Tommy and Harry? Louis and Liam? Jeremy and Spencer? Niall and Zayn? Or should there be some Niall and Zayn drama and one of them is unfaithful? I will consider all options :)
