A warm smell filled the room. It was sweet and welcoming to your wet lips, making the bitter, previous taste from some sort of beverage warm against your welcoming tongue. You looked over from your position on a red velvet silky guest bed and took a look at the previously consumed bottle of the substance. You were strangely puzzled by the description of the container.
Spider Cider!
24+ HP
Made with whole spiders, not just the juice!
You shook it off as a marketing label to persuade people to actually buy the nasty stuff. Why would anyone buy it if it was made of whole spiders, though? It seems odd to you that someone would actually print that on the item to get recognition of it. But, you think that usually a lot of people might be interested in something so... adventurous?
Sitting up you feel drowsy after a long nights sleep. Misako had brought you into her small home in the ruins and gave you the cider. She then read a book to you, that was something on the lines called "Facts of Snakes" or, possibly several hundred facts. You didn't count them there were too many obnoxious questions to count, only to dose off by the sound of Misako's tender voice.
But, you realized how important it was for you to go back home. Where you originated. Where you were taken cared of by your own parents. Where you needed to be.
Your bare feet make contact with the cold, polished wood floor. You shivered, grabbing the previously obtained shawl and wrapping it around you once more, warming you up just the slightest, almost tantalizingly bit. Feeling doubtful, you decided to head back to Misako and tell her what you have decided.
Looking down to the shiny oak floor, you see a dainty pie. It was just as cold as you were, just more appealing, you believe. You generously take the pastry, adding it to your own INVENTORY. It was so enigmatic, how it managed to simply disappear into nothing within something you obtained. Was it magic? Was it a new technology that only existed in this underground prison? You were truly befuddled by this new urban cave. Now, picturing the vast ideas of this small area, you decided to continue to Misako.
She laid in her chair, just as the night before, rocking gently back and forth in front of the warm, flickering fireplace. The room was much warmer now, it seemed, as the fire welcomed you to your destination. You tugged on Misako's robe to grab her attention.
"Yes, my child?" She turned, asking you gingerly.
It was the first time you actually spoke to her. The first time you had ever spoken to anyone without guidance or permission. You took a deep breath, nearly trembling at the eagerness of your own voice.
"I want to go home."
Misako looked quite shocked at the accusation made. She turned around fully, holding her hands together as if to prevent some sort of force. She tensed, letting out a heavy, burdened sigh. She shook her hand.
"This is you home now." She stated firmly.
You disregarded her order, still looking at her for a true answer. "Please?"
She suddenly got up, making you flinch in worry away from her. Her hands were still gripped tightly, bring one to the side. "I must... take care of something. You stay here, my child." She said blandly, marching down towards a decently large staircase. You almost broke a sweat, following her reluctantly.
You entered another long, purple hallway, similar to the ones you went through with Misako during puzzles. She did not turn around to face you as you walked very meticulously and silently down the pathway, worried she might hear you.
And she did.
"Go back to your room, my child. You do not need to come with me." She still stood facing forward a turning point of the corridor, her fists clenched. "Please go back to your room." She repeated once more.
You continued to follow Misako down the next turn. She sighed, stopping and turning torwards you.
"You can't go out of the Ruins. If you do, you will meet Garmadon. He is a relentless creature who will stop at nothing to keep you here. I cannot let you meet the same fate as-" She stopped herself, her expression much darker than the last. "I am going to destroy the door to the Ruins. You will stay here with me. Return to your room now."
Once again you refused to listen, following her to another large door. It looked the same as the one you entered this place in. Purple and lined with brass, beaming with the repetitive white symbol. You smiled at Misako, seeing the same symbol on her robe.
"Fine." She raised her fists, engulfed with a raging, golden fire. She swung them forward towards you. "If you are so desperate to escape this place, then prove to me that you can survive!"

A/N- Probably won't update as much as usual due to the fact that I need to take care of some stuff at school. So, I'll try my best to squeeze in as much time as possible to work on this! Also, I could really use some suggestions for Snowdin's monsters! If you have any ideas, just comment or PM me. Either is fine.
