Obsession

Chapter 5

Richard left school early to get more papers. The day soon ends. Nothing happens until awhile later and Saturday comes around. Illidan is sitting there on his bedside with the phone on his lap waiting for a ring that will never happen. He wants Joslyn  to call him but he just cant take it. He picks up the phone and begins to dial.

*ring*...*ring*..."Hello." Joslyn voice is heard on the other line.

"Hey Joslyn, it's me Illidan. If you didn't already know that. Ha, I was just wondering um, would you like to see a movie with me tonight. I know it is very sudden but, I would just like to know. If you are busy that is completely understandable also.

"Well.", she starts off. "I would love to I really would, but.."

"But what?"

"I kind of was kind of asked out already by someone else, to go to the park today."

"Oh?"

"Yeh, it was Richard."

"Illidan drops his phone from his ear and builds sudden anger."

"Hello....Joslyn is heard from the phone." "Hello? Illidan you there? Hello?"

Illidan then collects himself together and picks up they phone again.

"I'm here."

"What was that all about?", she asks.

"Nothing just forget it.", he replies suddenly. "So Richard, that's nice I bet you guys will have a lot of fun."

"Well..."

"Well what."

"I don't really want to go. I just felt kind of bad for saying no. You know? And he is new so I felt like it would be a way for him to get to know somebody better and easier. I don't want to just say I can't and not have a real reason for it. I would love to go with you if I could."

"Well, that's fine. I just thought it would be a nice way for us to become closer." Illidan says. "As friends of course." he adds.

"I could call Richard and ask Richard if we could reschedule I guess. I mean. I shouldn't just sat yes to him to be nice. And maybe he will just want to go tomorrow. Besides, there is a new movie out I was wanting to see anyways.", Joslyn says as you can sense the smile in her voice.

"So you call Richard and get back to me, alright?"

"Ok."

Illidan then hangs up the phone and smiles. He then takes out his Journal.

*Journal Entry*

Ok, putting dates is to much for me. Because putting the dates that I spend thinking about Joslyn is Impossible to put down. So, anyways. I might be going to the movies with her tonight. I am so excited. This is something I have been thinking about for forever. But there is just one probably. A guy named Richard. So stupid. I think he knows I like her. Maybe by me telling him she might be interested in someone else made it clear it was...well...wish it was me. Whatever I won't have him be the reason my chance with her is ruined. I won't have it. And I won't have it with Drew either. But for now I am going to enjoy my time with her now and wait until those pathetic guys come around so I can make it clear to them of who she will be with in the end.

*Phone Rings*

"Hello Joslyn?"

"Yes it's me."

'So what's up."

"Well, I told him that I couldn't go with him today. He was kind of upset. Well a bit more angry then I thought he would be. But oh well. I am seeing him tomorrow anyways so he shouldn't be mad at me."

"Yeah.", Illidan responds. "So I guess I can meet you at eight. I really wish I could pick you up but I don't have anyway to come and get you. I'm sorry."

"Oh it's fine. I live close to the movies anyways so I can just walk there."

"Oh, alright."

"See you then."

Joslyn then hangs up the phone.

Eight comes around and they meet in the front of the theater.

Joslyn was wearing a blue lacey type shirt and white pants. Illidan found it quite appealing.

"You look so...great."

"Ha-ha, well thank you." she smiles.

The enter the theater and by the tickets. They then go and find a seat and sit down.

The watch the movie without saying a word. The movie soon ends and they wait. They head outside.

"Wow it got cold out here." Joslyn says.

"Here take my jacket you don't have one and you can't be getting sick now." he smiles.

She nods her head and takes his jacket.

"So, I probably should be getting home soon.", she says.

"Oh.", Illidan says with disappointment.

"But I guess I could stay for a little bit.

Illidan smiles.

Illidan starts off. "So, Joslyn um, do you like anyone?"

She starts laughing. "Well that was one random question to ask me. But to tell you the truth. I'm not really sure. I mean, maybe. But I don't know if what I am feeling is me actually liking them, or a minor simple crush."

"I understand."

"But if you must know, I would have to say probably."

Illidan had got a sense of relief.

"May I ask, who you like."

"Uh.", she starts. "I don't think I could really say.", she says slowly backing up a bit.

"Why not?", Illidan says moving forwards.

"Because it's embarrassing."

"I bet it isn't." Illidan says smiling looking down at her lips.

"Well.", Joslyn says still backing up until she almost hits the side of the movie theater wall.

"It's ok Joslyn you can tell me.

"I think you know."

"Maybe I do. Maybe I don't." Illidan says getting closer to Joslyn.

Before Joslyn could even say anything Illidan pushed her up against the wall and began to kiss her. Joslyn without knowing what was happen just stood there while feeling the force of being shoved on the wall. She kind of liked it.

Illidan then releases.

"I...am so sorry Joslyn I have no idea what comes over me I shouldn't have done that, that was just out of the line I..." he says before being cut off by Joslyn kissing him.

Illidan"s mind began to wonder. He grasps Joslyn and holds her body close to his. It was nothing like he ever felt before. He didn't know what else to do. They continued for a few until they both released.

"That was...." Joslyn starts off.

"Amazing." Illidan thinks but the words cannot come out.

"I think it's time to go.", she says slightly embarrassed of what had happened.

She starts to run away.

Illidan then begins to go home. He finally gets home and begins to write in his journal.

*Journal Entry*

Today has to have been the best day of my life. No one ever could take away the feeling that I had today. I am still feeing it right now. I can't believe it. I have no idea what is going to happen now though between me and her. If it will be good or bad. I feel that I shouldn't have don't that though. But she kissed me back. Does that mean she liked me? Maybe. I think so. Oh so many emotions. Uh. Ok, I am going to bed. Or I will just lay here and think about her until I fall asleep. Oh, she...everything...is so perfect.
