Merlin was sitting with three apprentices in his castle's library. Never did he look so worried and tiresome. Nervousness was shown on his face. Balthazar, one of the most trusted apprentices asked, "Master, you called us for a very important issue to be discussed and you are looking nervous. What is the issue?" Merlin looked at them and said the dreaded name that nobody wants to hear.
'Sheeba'
"Now what happened, master? Did she kill the faeries queen or a whole vampire clan?" Valmont, his other apprentice asked. "None of that, Valmont. She is taking the powers witches and sorcerers in order to make her magical powers stronger." Merlin said. "That bitch! How dare does she do that? Master give us your command and we will erase her existence from this world." Veronica, the third apprentice spoke. "No, Veronica. Calm down. Until we find the location of Sheeba, we won't take any such action." Merlin said in a serious monotone. Balthazar spoke up, "It is decided then, for the next three days, we will search every nook and corner and every town. If we get a strong aura of Sheeba in any town, we will wait till the moon comes up in the sky and launch an attack on her." Merlin agreed but he refused to come as he had an important meeting with the queen of Carrington.
"Balthazar, I need to discuss an important matter with you. Veronica, Valmont, prepare for the journey. All the three will leave tomorrow." the old wizard ordered. Balthazar waited for his master to speak as the other two apprentices took their leave.
Merlin spoke after a long time "Balthazar, you need to start speaking with Jeremiah. it is high time you forget that fight. Make amends with him. He is lined to become the new king of Carrington." But master, it is some-"
"That is enough!" Merlin shouted at Balthazar "your mother is worried like crazy. Mark my words, prince, you can never understand the sacrifice of your dear ones that they have done for you." After telling this, he strode away in anger to meet the queen.

Balthazar was not sure how to talk to his brother. Taking a deep breath, he knocked the door. "Come in!" Says the deep, booming voice of the future king of Carrington. He enters the room and sees that he is deeply engaged in reading a book.
"Wha-" Jeremiah is stunned to his brother standing in his room. "Your highness!" Balthazar said, bowing down to his brother.
"Brother, stop this nuisance. I may be the future king but I am your brother first. You will not do such things. This is an order."
Balthazar spoke in a voice full of guilt. "Forgive me, brother. I misjudged you." and gave him a hug.
Jeremiah chuckled, "now, what kind of issue is brewing that Merlin is nervous?"

Merlin started chuckling as the queen narrated the conversation of her two sons. He was happy to see the queen's age-old smile back and that too after many days.
" Thank you so much, O Wise one! I don't know how to express it to you. Seriously, you put my boys back to the track." The queen expressed in satisfaction. " No queen, it is just a tiny inconvenience, that's all!" He replied in deep laughter mixing in his voice.
Before the queen could reply, Merlin's eyes turned glassy. After a few minutes, his eyes turned normal. "Your highness, something has come up that I need to put an end to. I will take your leave." There was a tension on the old wizard's face to which she agreed immediately.
After Merlin's leave, the queen retired to her quarters with her most trustful servant. When she started to speak with her, a loud knock scared both the women. Slowly, the door opened revealing the crown prince with a object in his hand.
The three were shocked out of the wits. The servant ran out and shouted for the horses to be readied.

Veronica was leaning on a tree for support, concentrating all her powers to create a ball which can detect Sheeba's aura. She succeeded in creating it and sent it to trace the town of Carlston.
"Well, someone is getting frustrated." She hears Balthazar's voice behind her. "Your highness, this is the umpteenth time that I have sent the ball for that bitch's aura." Veronica said, amusement mixed in her voice. She turns back to see a fuming Balthazar advancing at her. He catches her wrist and said, "where do you think you are going? ". Suddenly he crashes his lips against hers. for a moment, Veronica remains stunned but soon their lips start fighting for dominance. After a few minutes, they broke apart.
"Balthazar?" Veronica asked."hmm..." Balthazar asked, pressing a kiss on her forehead. She caught his hand, folded it for a moment and left it." Well, what do we have here?" he opened his hand and saw.It was a pink flower, which bears a magical pearl. That magical pearl can bear a heir for a family. Balthazar knew that pearl bearing flower was hers." Are you serious? We are going to have a baby?When will our child be born?" he asked, in his tone full of excitement."I don't know, Balthazar. Listen, I had a vision-"Suddenly, something powerful hit them. It was Veronica's tracer magic ball. When she sent it, it is white and now, it has turned green. Which means, Sheeba's found.

The two of them rush as soon as possible. When they reach the place, they found the queen and her son waiting for them." Brother, thank god you are safe" Jeremiah rushes out and gives Balthazar a tight hug."Of course, I will be safe."Balthazar says, in a panting voice. "Wait, what do you mean by safe?" Veronica asked."Veronica, dear, we are all cheated by Valmont. He is working with Sheeba."Balthazar's mother, the queen tells them."But how-" Veronica was about to tell but stops to realise. Merlin's gift to the queen. They all rush into the place to see Merlin fallen on the ground, bleeding like anything and Sheeba with Valmont having evil smirks. "Oh good lord! Merlin!" The queen and Jeremiah rushed to Merlin's aid. Balthazar blasted a wave to Horvath and Horvath went flying out of the place.Veronica started to murmur spells and absorbs Sheeba's body and soul. After doing that, she falls down. Balthazar catches her before her head hits the ground." Balthazar, this was my vision. Put me in the grimhold and never open it. Take care of our child. I love you." she said to him. He did as she told him."Balthazar, come here." his mother called him." coming mother," he said.
To the queen, Merlin said "Your highness, you and your family have always obeyed my decisions well. I grant you the boon of immortality. You, your sons and their mates and children will turn immortal."
"Balthazar," he said"you have done what I asked you to do.I give you the task of finding the Prime Merlinian. Hear this prophecy:- "The mistresses will go stronger day by day, Evil will spread every nook and corner, Only one can stop this and it is none other than the Prime Merlinian, He will be from a royal family, Which place he will come no one knows, He is the one who will destroy the three mistresses of the dark world." Hide the Grimhold somewhere safe. Balthazar, this ring will show you who is the Prime Merlinian."
