I am sorry for the late update. I had a friend coming over to the house yesterday so I was quite busy the whole day not able to update.

Dave P.O.V( Remembering the memory before joining the university)
"Tringg" The alarm clock rang, the sound hurting my ears as usual and jumping on the bedstead like a maniac. Having no other choice, I swing my bed towards the alarm to find the clock not ringing.
Wait, how the hell did my alarm clock stop ringing? Not wanting to get up early, I slowly peek from my eyes to see something in black standing next to me. Is that mum standing next to me? Then, I tried to sniff only to find mum's perfume was spread all over the room.
"OH NO!" My brain screamed loudly and I got up suddenly in a flash.
I guess that I was not wrong.
Mum was standing in her work clothes and she worked angry but was she smiling? I slowly got up acting like I just got up and slowly turned towards mum. She was standing near her bed and her hands folded near the chest.
"Good afternoon, Dave!" She said in a stern tone. Oh god, I am so dead.
"Ma, it is vacations now. I can do anything also I don't have classes now." I justified.
" I think a good morning should be responded with a good morning, Dave!"
"Good Morning, Ma!" I greeted, warily.
She smiled and kissed my forehead. " Good morning, my baby!" She wished back.
This is my mother, Sarah Jeremiah Brown. She and dad were high school friends. In college, their love grew upto no bounds and they got married. A year later, I was born. I remember Uncle Ben saying that both loved me immensely. But after that, they fought a lot. Dad worked more in the university and Mum had to take care of a young baby. Mum separated from dad only to achieve her dreams and give me a good environment to be educated along with learning. Today, mum was in the top position rank of jewelry makers and her firm stands in the first position always.
Suddenly, I gave her a wide smile only to make her eyes narrow suspiciously. I again leaned down on the bed to sleep.
"Dave, not again. Get up!" She spoke sternly.
"Ma, I want to sleep for 5 more minutes please!"
