i have a secret. i have been keeping this for 2 years. the secret is that i like Lucas. ive liked him ever since i saw on the subway 2 years ago. i also have this locket that has a collage of me and Lucas in it. Riley has always asked me about the locket. i don't tell her because i know how much she likes him and i want her to be happy. i may tell her today. it's Saturday so ill go over to her house. ill text her.

maya is going to come over and she needs to talk to me. maybe it won't go so bad...

maya is walking to rileys house. she is nervous about what Riley will say. she then climbs in her bay window. "hey riles." maya says. "hi peaches!" Riley says as happy as usual. "so, I've been keeping something from you and i think you need to find out..." maya then is nervous. "i like Lucas. I've liked him ever since we saw him on the subway." maya says, relieved because she got it off her chest. "why didn't you tell me about this?" Riley says in shock. "because i saw how much you liked him. i was just stepping back for you." maya says. "well, now that i know that, will you tell me what's in that locket?" Riley says. "maybe one day, when it comes true." maya says. she then opens up the locket and finds the collage. she really hopes that it comes true...
