We drove home and parked in Nick's driveway. i got out of the car and grabbed my bags. we all walked inside together. i set my bags down on the floor by the couch. We all sat down and looked at eachother.
"We need a Dj for tonight and Riker you are the only one who really knows how to work the DJ station and you are the only one who wants to Dj tonight. so can you please DJ?" Nick asked sitting on the floor infront of me.
I nodded. Someone knocked on the door behind me. i stood up and walked over to get it, i walked over and opened the door.
"Hey!" The bloond said hugging me and walking inside.
"Hi!" i said suprized at how outgoing she was being at the moment. i closed the door and sat next to her on the couch.
"So Maya whats in the bag?" i asked her.
"Stuff for tonight and Nick can we use your shower?" She asked. I guess if he was willing to let us i mean he was like a brother to me, but it might be a little weird to use his shower, eventhough i knew that Cameron did it all the time.
"Yeah, but you guys need to be done by lets say five so that me and Cameron can get ready after you." Nick said.
"Okay. Well Riker you should go get ready first." she said handing me the bag. "I also stoped by your house and i grabbed you something thats in the bag." she whispered in my ear.
i walked over and grabbed my bags aswell.
i shrugged and walked to the bathroom that was on the first floor because i knew that the one upstairs was Nick's per say "personal" bathroom. i took off my shoes and my jeans and top. i took off the rest of what i was wearing. i had already put the shampoo in the shower along with conditioner and body wash.
i steped into the warm water and started to wash my hair with the vanilla sented shampoo and conditioner. After i had done that i washed my body and got out of the shower and grabbed the towel Nick had handed me.
i put on my underwear that Maya must have brought for me and my bra and my top. i put on the black skirt and leggings that i had bought. i slipped on my socks and shoes, then i grabbed the hair dryer and dried my hair. i just left it the way it looked after i combed it cause i thought it had looked cute. i threw my jacket on, hung up the towel and left the bathroom.
When i walked out Maya looked at my outfit and smiled she stood up and walked intto the bathroom. i heard the shower start.
Nick and Cameron walked out of the kitchen and looked at me dressed in my outfit.
"Well dont you look cute!" said Cameron as he sat down next to me.
Nick followed him and sat down next to me.
"When does the party start?" i asked
'In about two hours." said Cameron
i made an "o" shape with my mouth.
Nick and Cameron both laughed at me.
We heard the shower turn off. We looked at eachother and i looked at the ground.
"You've been acting weird today, are you okay?" Nick asked me looking up from his spot on the floor. I nodded.
we heard the door open as Maya walked out in a black dress with lace sleeves and a collar. She had heels that were black and were boots.
---2 hours latter--
People started lining up at the door, Nick who was in a button up shirt and a vest with his sleeves rolled up, opened the door.
I saw some people I knew like, Michelle, Marcus, Lindsey, Dianne, and Estreya. I knew these people from school, I wasn't friends with all of them but I have seen them at school and they were in my classes so I knew their name.
I walked over to the mixing board and computer and switched on a song, which just so happened "Up All Night" by One Direction one of the best bands in the world in my opinion.
Some one walked up in front of the board.
"Hey can you put on Raise your glass by P!nk for me?" She asked. I nodded and switched the song from We R Who We R by Ke$ha to the song she had just requested.
Cameron walked up to me and handed me a piece of paper and a pencil and said "Write song requests and have people write it down.
so I wrote it down and put it next to the sound board on the table... as soon as I put it down there were people writing things down:

Isaw Cameron, Nick and Maya dancing and I walked over with them and just kind of watched them dance. I don't really like to dance but I loved to watch my friends make fools of themselves so, it just kind of works.
"Aww come on dance!" Cameron said
"no! Are you okay?" I asked him
"yeah just fine I have had like six cans of soda, and I want another but Nick hid them." he said.
"Good you don't need anymore." I told him. We both laughed. I grabbed Maya by the arm and pulled her into the kitchen.
"Hey are you going to be okay if I leave my brothers are wondering why I am not home already." I said
"Cant you stay for another couple hours at least till midnight?" she asked.
"Fine, but you get to Dj the rest of the night after I leave." I said and she agreed.
I went over and sat down next to Nick who had just sat down with a plate of chips and salsa. I took one off his plate and dipped it into the salsa He glared at me. I shrugged and he put the plate in the middle of the table for us to share.
I took my phone out of my pocket and texted my brother...
To: Kyle
I will be leaving here at midnight, I am going to walk home. its only a twenty minute walk.
I took another chip from the plate and looked at the dancing bodies. there had to be a hundred people here at least.
"How many people are here?" I asked Nick.
"um one hundred and ten I think." he said like it was no big deal. well to him it was no big deal.
Now it was 11:30 pm people had started to leave so I put on a different song which was "James" by Allstar Weekend
there were ten people here now so I decided to go home. I said bye to my friends grabbed my clothes and walked out of the house.
I walked for about three minutes when I heard someone running. Before I could process what was happening the person bumped into me. I fell and hit my head on the brick wall behind me.
All of a sudden everything went black.
