over thinking

People dont understand why we over think to much.
They say to just stop over thinking
We try and try but once we're all alone we start.
We over think some things like
They don't love you.
They hate you
They're going to leave you alone.
Nobody cares
He doesn't love you or cares about you.
You're family wants you dead
Once you tell someone what you over think about they will just tell you
"stop overthinking"
"don't be alone"
"why do you over think?"
But we don't even know why......
