The letters are put out one by one, not on the fridge, we aren't that young anymore.
We place them in the mind.
And then they wait, waiting until an action can be made a word.
Waiting for:
A war of words from a lost friendship?
Endless, empty words about your broken down Playlist?
Or maybe paragraphs between a mother and her child who is high?
It is, but why?
Why do we use words this way?
Why can't they be without proving a point, showing someone up, or getting your way.
Maybe someday we could end this war of words.
Because one day the walls will fall and we will see how fake it has been.
And then?
When the alphabet and our phones are gone.
Will it still be about getting the most likes on instagram?
look around fool.
There are world's to explore, love to be heard, and a small mirror.
For when the night comes and your taking your contacts out, do you' see who I see.
A person.
With a soul.
Who can change a world with words.
You can choose right now.
No one else holds your fate.
