Prologue
The exact defintion of prologue is a seperate introductory section of a literary work. Which, in simpler words, roughly translates to something that comes before the most important part. They are in almost every book you will come across. Meaning, they are ordinary, normal, everyday things.
Not in this case.
The Winchester family was absolutely anything but ordinary. They would probably classified as the exact opposite; paranormal. Not the family themselves mostly, but the things that they dealt with. The things they fight. The monsters, the demons, the ghosts, the things you hear go bump in the night. You all know the story, Sam and Dean, the infamous brothers travelling the country in search of all these demonic beings.
But what if there was a sister?
A third dysfunctional Winchester sibling, that helped them rid of the ghouls and hauntings and racist trucks and possessed scarecrows all throughout the country.
One who ran hand in hand with her big brother out of their burning home on her little brother's six month birthday.
One who had died numerous times and been miraculously brought back, just as her brothers did.
One who stayed with Dean and John to hunt the supernatural while Sam went off to Stanford.
One whose first boyfriend was scared off by said brothers.
One who was driven to prom in a '67 Chevy Impala.
One who loves to pull pranks and drink beer.
One who would soon fall head over heels for and an angel in a trench coat.
One who was just as amazing, selfless, fun-loving, badass, and crazy as the rest of the family.
Another Winchester.
Emily, to be exact.
