AU Inuyasha Story

The Beginning

In the feudal area there was a priestess who had died, her name was Kikyo. She had died from blood loss and had asked her sister Kaede to burn the Sacred Jewel shard with her body so no one would have the Jewel of four souls to control for greedy reasons. Around that time a half demon baby was sent away through the bow meters well.

That half demon child was found in the Higarashi shrine, where an old man found the child taking it in. At this time a baby girl named Kira was born in the time, inside her body was the Jewel of four souls. When the mother came home her father showed her.

"Look, I found this girl in the shrine." Her father said

"Well we should keep her and her name will be kiasha." The mother said

So as time went on Kira and Kiasha grew up together, Kiasha had black hair with dog-ears while Kira had black hair and brown eyes. The two never thought a lot about their differences as they were growing up. When the year came that the two were going to be seventeen years old they started realizing how different they were.

"Kiasha you have dog ears." Kira said

"You don't Kira." Kiasha said

Kiasha always wore a hat when they would go out to places, so people didn't realize how different she was to all of them. Their younger brother Sota had always noticed the two were close. Sometimes he envied it because Kira did not pay that much attention to him when Kiasha was around her.

The girls were going to school where they were going to be learning everything. No one ever noticed that Kiasha never was seen without her hat. Their friends all seemed to not be bothered by it. School was their daily routine but now they were returning home to get their chores done.

Kira walked into the shrine area only to find Sota there with the cat. She walked down the steps to Sota and their cat.

"What are you doing down here?" Kira asked

"T-There's something in the well!" Sota yelled

"You can't be serious." She said as she looked over at the well

She went and took a look but the well seemed to be sealed off by their grandfather's choices. Kiasha had come just around that time to see what was keeping Kira who around that time turned to Sota.

"There's nothing in the well. It's sealed." Kira said

Just then the seal on the well was gone and the boards open, a surge of energy came around Kira around that time and before she knew it she was pulled in the well.

"KIRA!" Kiasha yelled as she ran and jumped in the well after her.

Kira was freaking out inside for she didn't understand what was happening and suddenly she was turned to face Mistress Centipede.

"You have it, don't you? Give it to me" Mistress Centipede said as she licked Kira's face.

"What are you doing?" Kira asked with an eye closed, she was creeped out.

"Hey let my sister go!" Kiasha said as she got near them and tried to get Kira free. Mistress Centipede pushed Kiasha away as she focused on Kira.

"Let me go!" Kira yelled as she put a hand on Mistress Centipede face as a purple glow came out of her hand.

Kiasha was shocked as she saw the purple light coming from Kira's body as she noticed it died down.

"Foolish girl, I must have the sacred Jewel." Mistress Centipede said

"Sacred Jewel?" Kira and Kiasha said curiously

Both landed in the shrine as they looked around. Kira looked down at the floor and Kiasha looked around.
