"Ashlyn, please wake up," a deep voice groans.
I slowly open my eyes to see Grayson sat next to me, running a hand through his hair. I'm lying in bed and by the looks of it, it's Saturday morning. There's a pounding in my head and I sigh, sitting up.
"What happened?" I ask, yawning.
"Ashlyn!" Grayson whips his head up, smiling. His hair was blonder and his shoulders broader, but nevertheless his smile stayed the same.
"What are you doing here?" I frown, panic rising in me. "Where's Stefano?"
"He was getting water from downstairs for when you wake up, so he should be back any second," Grayson explains. "You, love, should be thankful that I haven't left your side since you were knocked out."
I pause. He never left my side?
"What about Ethan?"
"He's in the bathroom. Why? Do you miss him?" he teases, laughing.
"Stop it, Grayson. You don't know me anymore."
A look of hurt passes over his face before the door swings open.
"Is she awake yet?" Stefano says, walking in with a glass of water. He smiles when he sees me, running forwards and kissing my cheek. "Lyn! I was so worried! You're okay, aren't you?"
"I'm fine." I chuckle slightly. "What happened last night?"
"You fainted." Stefano sits on the end of the bed. "You just came out of the bathroom and collapsed."
Crap. Memories of the party flood back to me.
"What did I miss?" Ethan says, coming into the room before staring at me and holding my gaze. "Ash," he breathes. "How are you feeling?"
"Better," I reply, shrugging and getting out of bed. "How come you two are still here after last night?" I ask Ethan and Grayson.
"Everyone is staying for the rest of the weekend. Didn't Stefano tell you?" Grayson says, smirking at me cheekily.
I shoot him a glare. "No one told me anything."
"I didn't know until recently," Stefano explains. "Sorry I didn't say anything."
"I guess it would be hard to tell me whilst I was knocked out," I put on a smile, peering over at Grayson who seems to be clenching his jaw in frustration.
"We're going on a hunt soon, want to come?" Stefano asks.
"I might stay in bed for a while," I say, yawning.
"Okay. See ya." He kisses me briefly before leaving with the other two following close behind.

A few hours later the pack are out on their hunt, and I was bored out of my mind. I thought I'd just sleep through it, but I wasn't tired anymore.
I sigh, getting out of bed. The house was eerily silent and I pad across the floors, getting dressed into some jeans and a random t-shirt from the washing basket that I assumed was Stefano's. I'd never seen him wear it before, but I liked it.
I decide to go out and join the pack for the hunt. I was desperate to be freed of my boredom.
Ten minutes later I'm in the forest, sitting on a rock. I heard the pack near by so was waiting for them to head in this direction.
